La Sirena Playa Jaco Hotel

A bit out of the way. Room was nice and good staff. Short walk to the beach.

This is a very cute and quaint boutique hotel on the South End of Jaco. The grounds are beautiful, the pool was refreshing, it’s just steps to the beach, and the staff was all very lovely. We booked the hotel after abruptly leaving another resort, and we are so glad we did. My only gripe is that the breakfast is no longer included and the poolside bar is closed. (Those were 2 things we were looking forward to when we booked it.) Overall, it’s a great little place to stay and I highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. La Sirena is steps from the beach, is walkable to town, and everyone was extremely welcoming. I would highly recommend La Sirena!

Excellent week long stay! Key highlights include the location (steps from the beach), great pool, stellar landscaping and atmosphere (attention to detail), super clean, rooms include many amenities and is a very comfortable/relaxing space, friendly/attentive staff including owners Mike and Lilian who are incredible hosts - will go above and beyond to make your stay memorable and meet your wants/needs (accommodate your asks and also make excellent recommendations). Highly recommend a stay at La Sirena - top notch relaxation and surf/beach vibes.

Wow! Right next to the beach- literally! We never ate there, but did use the bar. Our kids were in the pool often so it was good. Mike helped us with great restaurant recommendations and staff were nice. Felt safe the whole time. Really spacious rooms. Air conditioning worked well. However, beds/pillows were not super comfy for sleeping.

We stayed a couple of days and it was very enjoyable. The location is hidden, but a minute walking distance to the beach which is not crowded at all. The hotel is nice family own and operated. Great customer service.

Talk about a hidden gem with the best hospitality around. Just a few steps to the beach. This place is amazing.

Really, Really Nice hotel and completely renovated! Excellent beds, furniture, beautiful pool with hot tub/cool tub. First class hotel walking distance to the beach! Perfect for a vacation!

Mike and the staff were great and the property is beautiful and brand new. Loved Mike’s breakfast in the morning as well. Great place on the beach!
