Old rooms and furnishings not good value.
Pros:

As always, the location right on the beachfront cannot be beat

Cons:

I gave them a second try from my visit earlier this year. The prior time the air-conditioning was weak while the room was small but nicely appointed. This time was very bad. The room fixtures were all ancient: Worndown bed sheets and covers, old desk and chairs, a small tight bathroom that resembles one from the 60s with its electrocuting style showerhead, very poor looking fixtures that you would get in a $20 per night hotel, and a small ants colony that lives in the bathroom. One night around 10pm I was ready to take a shower and there was no water in the room. Had to walk out to the front desk and the guy went to the utilities room to turn on the water. I know the restaurant food is good because I tried them before, but the buffet breakfast is below average and not worth paying extra for. There are too many places on or near the malecon where you can have a good breakfast for half the price. My overall observation is do not just book this place for the location because it is the only positive thing. The rooms are a major disappointment and betrays the look of the hotel at the front. The price charged for these outdated rooms do not give you fair value or comfort you would be happy with if you go to Salinas for a vacation. This hotel struggles to make a 3-star level.

Pros:

Al viajar a la playa, uno espera despertar y disfrutar de ese hermoso paisaje; sin embargo, en este caso no fue posible, ya que esta vista está disponible únicamente para las habitaciones familiares.

Cons:

No cuentan con parqueo propio; me asignaron uno ubicado a dos cuadras del hotel.
No respetaron el horario de salida previamente acordado, a pesar de contar con un mensaje de confirmación por parte de la administración.
Además, el trato del recepcionista del turno de la mañana no fue el más adecuado.

Me gusto que el restaurante estaba allí mismo

Cons:

No es que no me gustó pero si creo que deberían mejorar x ejemplo 1... es un lugar que uno viene de la playa deberia haber afuera una llave para que la gente se quite la arena y no dejar en el paso toda la arena. 2..el baño debe estar al pie de la piscina, 3..en las habitaciones deben haber ganchos para guindar toallas x lo general uno va con más personas y hay un solo gancho y dentro del baño en la ducha le falta alguna repisa para poner en jabón el shampoo que me tocó poner en el piso y si deben limpiar las puertas de los baños que estaban sucios

Las instalaciones son super cómodas y agradables, la habitación y las áreas comunes son un verdadero espacio para tomar vacaciones, sin mencionar que se encuentra muy bien situado, cerca de todo y frente al mar.

Cons:

Yo he visitado en varias ocasiones el hotel, y todo el personal ha sido excelente, pero cuando hay personas nuevas se limitan un poco a ayudarte. No es una queja porque se que hacen su trabajo, pero siempre hay espacio para poder ayudar al huésped. Es por eso que siempre vengo aquí.
