With some notes, it's still the best available budget hotel in town
Pros:

I and my wife are regular guests here, and now for about IDR 150,000.- it's still the best available budget hotel in town. Our room had a comfortable double bed, a good quiet AC, simple equipments, a clean bathroom with good hot water for shower and Western style toilet. Good free WiFi. Beautiful  European look exterior, wall decorations and paintings depicting scenes from old Javanese life. Unlimited mineral water from a dispenser in the lobby. There is a garden cafe "Tanacoffee". Friendly staff. Spacious parking yard for motorbikes and cars.

Cons:

Now it has stopped offering foods and drinks in the morning. The wonderful android TV was gone, now it's poor: only S.tube, no TV. We got only a small soap bar, no shampoo, no teeth brushes and teeth paste. Only 1 towel even for couples.

Poor cleanliness, horrible stay!
Pros:

Location nearby city center.

Cons:

It was not clean at all. Bedroom very dusty, damp, there’s even some spiderwebs at the ceiling. In the bathroom there were many bugs, I also found cigarette butt!
