Good location, friendly staff, well maintained and modern building but missed a bit of focus on the details
Pros:

Beautiful view over the river. Very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and breakfast service was, although small, of good quality and fresh. I loved the design of the room and the property was well maintained.

Cons:

The elevator was quite confusing. I felt like my room could have been cleaner. There was quite some hair on the floor, including in the bathroom, and they stuck on my socks and/or the complementary slippers provided. I had to ask on multiple occasions for toilet paper, which made me feel a but awkward, because my room wasn’t cleaned even though i was in the city for 5 hours every day. Also two light fixtures were broken. Absolutely not huge dealbreakers, but they were disappointing.

Pros:

The bed is super comfortable and the staff is very friendly. If you drive, do note it is a 1 way road to the hotel entrance. Great views fr the room of the river.

Great experience!!
Pros:

I enjoyed staying here a lot 🧡
Everything was so welcoming starting from the check-in, then the clean and nicely furnished room, lovely view. The bath tub was really spacious. The bed was super comfy and soft also. What I like is that it was quiet so I could have a good sleep. The view from my room was stunning!! And it’s especially nice when the sun is coming to the room.
Breakfast was delicious, it was totally enough for me (with so tasty khachapuri and steamed veggies 💫 )
This hotel really exceeded my expectations and now it’s one of the places I’d like to come back, thank you a lot!!

Все было очень здорово! Спасибо владельцам, менеджменту и работникам за чудесное гостеприимство!
Pros:

Просто потрясающий персонал! Весь! Замечательные-замечательные люди работают в Сандали!
У нас сломались в номере розетки, нас переселили в номер с повышением статуса сразу же. Все наши вопросы ребята помогали решать очень быстро! Персонал супер!
Также хочу отметить классный дизайн в отеле, а также прекрасный вид из окна.
Район - отличный, это не самый туристический центр, где на тебя сразу нападают попрошайки, при этом везде очень близко пешком.

Cons:

Таксисты не очень хорошо понимают, где находится отель. Рекомендация: пользуйтесь яндекс такси. Мы с Болтом пропустили посадку на хороший автобус в день выезда и до Кутаиси пришлось ехать на маршрутке, это такое себе.

Тихий центр, все близко. Прекрасный персонал.

Cons:

Было очень пыльно в номере, полы будто не моются вообще. Нет полотенцесушителя и сушилок для белья тоже.

Ванна на балконе выглядела очень привлекательно, но было прохладно и не опробовали.
Pros:

Отличное местоположение, всё достопримечательности центра в пешей доступности, вид из номера сногсшибательный, персонал дружелюбный, номер был свободный и заселили ранее срока, завтрак вкусный.

Cons:

Не очень удобно, что душевая открыта, брызги летят во все стороны.
