An amazing breakfast and vet good located
Outside the bustle of the Old Town, but walkable to everything. If you can get a river view from your room, absolutely do it. Otherwise, the rooftop patio offers great views of the Mtkvari River and the city beyond.

Such a good find
For use the location was great but it is a good 15 minute walk to get to the main tourist area. We stayed on both sides.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to many of the main attractions and within easy walking distance, while still being in a quiet and peaceful area. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They spoke both Russian and English, which was very convenient for us.
The rooms are very stylish, clean, and well maintained, and overall the hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere.
The only small downside was that the breakfast selection was a little limited. However, if you are staying for 3–4 days, as we did, there is still enough variety and it was perfectly fine for us.

Номера просторные, с удобной кроватью, современным кондиционером и отличной звукоизоляцией. Главный бонус — наш номер с балконом, откуда открывается потрясающий вид на реку Мтквари: особенно красиво вечером, когда зажигаются огни и в воде отражаются старые кварталы. Каждое утро мы выходили с кофе на балкон и просто наслаждались этим пейзажем — незабываемо! Завтраки очень вкусные: свежие омлеты, выпечка, грузинские сыры и зелень. Персонал приветливый и внимательный. Идеальное место для тех, кто хочет по-настоящему прочувствовать душу Тбилиси. Обязательно вернусь!
