The hotel decor is very cool and my room was very comfortable indeed. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs does excellent breakfast.

A bit too dark in the room , I understand that it’s intimate lighting but still, it could be a bit lighter :)

– расположение все-таки неудачное (вокруг не очень благополучный район, мало жизни вокруг, мест для посещения и т.д.)
– неудобно расположен телевизор (сбоку от кровати)
– в первый день на завтраке был только шеф-повар, он общался не очень приветливо, предложил только горячее (когда в завтрак входило еще мезе, напиток)
Не первый раз останавливаюсь в отелях этой сети, обожаю их стиль. Все ужасно красиво, несмотря на маленькость. Много зелени, деталей, которые хочется рассматривать. Огромный вкуснейший завтрак. В день раннего отъезда организовали завтрак с собой. В номере есть все необходимые косметические принадлежности, даже соль для ванны была.
Район прекрасный, много отличных кофеен, до сухого моста минут 7 пешком
Ночью в пятницу и субботу было немного шумновато, но беруши справлялись. Неудобно, что ресепшен работает только до 17. Если что-то нужно, то необходимо писать менеджеру, так что оперативно не всегда получается. Завтрак ждать довольно долго, я каждый раз была уже довольно голодной, но это мелочи :)
Wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms and excellent food. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and a special mention to Salome, who was incredibly kind and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay
The air conditioning in our room was not working, but it was a very minor issue - we simply opened the windows and everything was perfectly fine
Very beautiful rooms, everything is well maintained and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall it is beautiful, warm, and everything was wonderful.
The restaurant had limited breakfast options and was quite expensive, so in the end we didn’t have dinner or breakfast there.
