Excellent ocation, the rooms are cozy and nice

La limpieza
La habitación estaba en el tercero piso. Con peldaños muy pequeños cuesta subir.
Había ido antes y el desayuno era buenísimo. Ahora estaba más o menos.
El hostal destaca por su excelente ubicación, en uno de los paseos más característicos de Valparaíso. El acceso es muy cómodo desde el ascensor Reina Victoria. Si bien el sector puede ser bastante ruidoso durante la noche, el hostal ha resuelto muy bien la aislación acústica mediante ventanas con doble termopanel. Además, la cama es muy cómoda, lo que asegura un buen descanso.
El hostal tiene varios aspectos a mejorar para que la experiencia esté a la altura de lo esperado. En mi caso, reservé una habitación con vista, pero la ventana era muy pequeña y no ofrecía vista al mar, sino hacia el cementerio y la pasarela del ascensor, lo que no coincidía con lo ofrecido.
El baño, por su parte, es bastante reducido (aproximadamente 1 metro de ancho), lo que puede resultar incómodo, especialmente para personas más altas. Además, al encender la luz se activa automáticamente el extractor, lo que hacía que ingresaran olores desde la cocina.
El punto más crítico, sin duda, es el ruido interior. Más allá de los sonidos propios de una construcción de madera —que son entendibles—, el ruido proveniente del restaurante es constante, invasivo y muy difícil de ignorar, especialmente durante la noche. Incluye música en vivo y un nivel de actividad que se percibe directamente en las habitaciones, haciendo prácticamente imposible lograr un descanso adecuado. Si uno busca desconectarse y dormir bien, esta condición afecta gravemente la experiencia.
Durante el día, además, se mantienen tanto ruidos como olores interiores que podrían manejarse mejor. En ese sentido, sería importante reforzar las soluciones de aislamiento acústico y control de olores, así como transparentar mejor las características de las habitaciones, para ofrecer una experiencia más acorde a lo que se espera al momento de descansar.
La ubicación.
La habitación y el baño eran bastante más sencillas para el precio y expectativas. El desayuno también era bastante acotado.

Historisches Hotel mit viel Charme. Die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer im 3. Stockwerk war phantastisch. Gutes Frühstück und hilfsbereites Personal. Zentrale Lage, direkt an einem Lift.
Die Amaturen im Bad sind in die Jahre gekommen. Das WiFi war instabil. Kein Fahrstuhl. Personal sprach nur wenig englisch.

Deberían entregar una ubicación más exacta de cómo llegar.. tené un acuerdo con estacionamiento y no exigir una tarjeta en la reserva si no la van a utilizar.. se presenta para inconvenientes...
Dommage que l'attitude du personnel dénote avec cet établissement agréable , bien situé , propre , chambre agréable , un petit dejeuner très bien .........Le sourire et l'accueil en plus et ce serait parfait!!!!
