Dommage que l'attitude du personnel dénote avec cet établissement agréable , bien situé , propre , chambre agréable , un petit dejeuner très bien .........Le sourire et l'accueil en plus et ce serait parfait!!!!

Great location, beautiful view; didn't make up for the extremely noisy room and other deficiencies.
Pros:

Location was very good, fabulous view, super helpful and friendly cleaning staff (one woman). They did try to accommodate fact that their was no fridge in our room by offering to store a few items in their fridge.

Cons:

We were surprised to find that the parking provided (for a 15 CP fee per day) was a 9-minute uphill walk from the hotel which was challenging w/heavy luggage. Reception staff seemed to be very unknowledgeable about parking and weren't very helpful generally. No fridge, and no way to make coffee in the room. Worst of all, we had to leave our stay a day early (without reimbursement) because it was EXTREMELY loud one night until 6 am in the morning. Reception seemed minimally sympathetic.

Mi habitación era muy pequeña en el tercer piso, la decoración dejaba que desear y el miércoles en la noche se escuchaba muy fuerte a las personas cantando.

Un buen punto para conocer Cerro Alegre. Buenas vistas y buen servicio.
Pros:

La atención del personal y la ubicación. El desayuno estupendo y la cama muy cómoda. Es un punto ideal para conocer Cerro Alegre. Aunque hay vida en esa calle, la habitación resultó silenciosa en nuestra estancia.

Cons:

Sin ser nada relevante, en el baño había una perdida de agua, la puerta de entrada no tenía ( o no fui capaz) cerrojo interior con la llave y un poco escaso de espacio.

Bon séjour à Valparaiso
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé dans le Cerró Alegre, face à l'ascenseur historique Victoria et proche du musée de l'immigration. Ancienne maison, belle chambre avec vue sur l'ascenseur historique. Bon accueil. Le parking en supplément se situe à 500 m de l'hôtel et est géré par un particulier.

Cons:

La salle de bain n'est pas bien organisée, elle mériterait d'être refaite et le rideau de douche à supprimer.

Valaparaíso es una ciudad interesante.
Pros:

La casa es preciosa, muy muy sencilla. La vista regia. El personal amable. La barista excelente. La zona es de cómodo acceso

Cons:

La habitación es mínima y con un escalón a la entrada del baño, que resulta potencialmente peligroso. El desayuno muy básico y cobran extra hasta un segundo café. La zona es ruidosa y muy concurrida las 24 hs. Todo a mano y muy segura. Si no te gustan las multitudes y estar rodeado de turistas, no es la zona adecuada.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Toller Ausblick.

Cons:

Das Hotel kann nur zu Fuß erreicht werden. Wir stellten unser Auto in einer Nebenstraße ab, wollten nur kurz einchecken und fragen, wo der bewachte Parkplatz ist, schon in der kurzen Zeit wurde in unser Auto eingebrochen. Insofern sollte man sich diese Info besser vorab einholen.
Uns ist nichts passiert und uns wurde auch nichts gestohlen, aber etwas Ärger hat es natürlich gebracht. Später trafen wir noch andere Leute, die ebenfalls ihren Wagen nur kurz im Zentrum abgestellt hatten. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten, die sie weg waren, wurde eingebrochen.
Das total war für die zentrale Lage weniger laut, als ich erwartet hatte. Aber aufgrund der Bauweise hört man natürlich jeden Schritt der anderen Bewohner.
Der Safe hatte keine Batterien, aber die Dame von der Rezeption hat uns auf Nachfrage den Schlüssel gegeben.

Pudimos conocer una hermosa ciudad.
Pros:

Vimos que las ventanas tienen vidrios muy gruesos, lo que lo hace muy silencioso por la noche. La ubicación es excelente. El desayuno, muy rico.

Old World Building in an Excellent Location
Pros:

The historic nature of the structure was nice and the view was excellent. The staff was wonderful and friendly. While the area was busy with people, this was due to the dramatic position of the hotel with its views.
