Hotel cómodo y agradable.
Pros:

La casa, la atención del personal, el desayuno (espectacular), el bar-restaurante.

Cons:

La falta de closet o armario o algún perchero en la habitación para colgar la ropa. La calidad del shampoo-acondicionador.

Cool vibes in the artistic heart of Valparaiso
Pros:

Beautiful building in a very special part of Valparaiso. Urban art is leading the way to this great spot which has cool vibes all around. And when you enter from the other side (by stairs) you get rewarded by even more superb urban art. There's a cool ascensor straight in front of the hotel, but walking up and down the Valparaiso hills is just as rewarding. We were granted an early access (because we also arrived earlier as planned) and had a lovely large room with a fantastic view . Breakfast was included and it was a splendid breakfast. Truly perfect spot for everyone who wants to stay in the artistic heart of Valparaiso.

Increíble la ubicación, en el centro donde ocurre toda la magia del cerro.
Habitación cómoda e instalaciones limpias con buena iluminación.
El desayuno está bien.

Somente da vista, da cama e de alguns funcionários, mas faltou melhores informações sobre as instalações internas como o funcionamento do chuveiro/ducha.

Pros:

Buena ubicación, desayuno rico y buena atención del personal.

Cons:

La habitación no llegaba señal wifi, la tv tampoco funcionaba, no deberían ofrecer servicios que en realidad no tienen. La cama muy incómoda.

Personnel inaproprié. Nuisances sonores à l'interieur et à l'exterieur.

L'hotel a du charme, avec beaucoup de boiseries et est bien placé pour visiter les rues du Cerro Allegre. Le restaurant "Fauna" juste à coté est très bon avec une belle vue en terrasse.

Cons:

Le personnel n’était pas du tout professionnel, en jogging avec les cheveux non attachés. Le petit déjeuner était annoncé pour 8h30 ce qui est vraiment tard mais pire: rien n’était près et nous avons du attendre jusqu'a 9h pour avoir des choses pas très fraiches et servies par des mains pas très propres. Nous avons été malades. Le personnel parlait fort le soir à la réception or les chambres ne sont pas isolées du hall. Nous avons du leur demander de se taire pour pouvoir dormir. La musique dans l'hotel était très forte et n'a été arrêtée que vers 23h alors qu'il n'y avait aucun client dans la salle de restaurant ni au bar de toute la soirée. Quartier très bruyant la nuit avec de la musique et des micros jusqu’à 1h30 du matin. C'est très dommage qu'une aussi belle demeure soit dans d'aussi mauvaises mains.

Hotel nadaje się do gruntownego remontu, swoją świetność miał lata temu. Śniadanie malutkie, zestaw podawany do stolika. Restauracja otwarta do 18.00

El trato de todo el equipo.

La casa es hermosa, creo que solo como comentario mejoraría el televisor y el closet de la habitación qué me toco, no pega con lo hermosa de la casa
