Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor, fuimos en auto, dejamos el auto estacionado en la calle y no pasó nada
La habitación tenía una linda vista

Cons:

Solamente hay que considerar que también es restaurant y bar, por lo que durante el día hay bastante ruido. Pero nada terrible

El ruido del propio hotel(se realizaron eventos nocturnos) y se oyen todos los sonidos(timbre,personal,música).La cama,vencida.

Pros:

Buena ubicación, desayuno rico y buena atención del personal.

Cons:

La habitación no llegaba señal wifi, la tv tampoco funcionaba, no deberían ofrecer servicios que en realidad no tienen. La cama muy incómoda.

Personnel inaproprié. Nuisances sonores à l'interieur et à l'exterieur.
Pros:

L'hotel a du charme, avec beaucoup de boiseries et est bien placé pour visiter les rues du Cerro Allegre. Le restaurant "Fauna" juste à coté est très bon avec une belle vue en terrasse.

Cons:

Le personnel n’était pas du tout professionnel, en jogging avec les cheveux non attachés. Le petit déjeuner était annoncé pour 8h30 ce qui est vraiment tard mais pire: rien n’était près et nous avons du attendre jusqu'a 9h pour avoir des choses pas très fraiches et servies par des mains pas très propres. Nous avons été malades. Le personnel parlait fort le soir à la réception or les chambres ne sont pas isolées du hall. Nous avons du leur demander de se taire pour pouvoir dormir. La musique dans l'hotel était très forte et n'a été arrêtée que vers 23h alors qu'il n'y avait aucun client dans la salle de restaurant ni au bar de toute la soirée. Quartier très bruyant la nuit avec de la musique et des micros jusqu’à 1h30 du matin. C'est très dommage qu'une aussi belle demeure soit dans d'aussi mauvaises mains.

Hotel ładnie położony, z ładnym widokiem na miasto - główna i jedyna zaleta

Cons:

Hotel nadaje się do gruntownego remontu, swoją świetność miał lata temu. Śniadanie malutkie, zestaw podawany do stolika. Restauracja otwarta do 18.00

El trato de todo el equipo.
Desayuno muy rico y el servicio en general de primer nivel.

Cons:

La casa es hermosa, creo que solo como comentario mejoraría el televisor y el closet de la habitación qué me toco, no pega con lo hermosa de la casa

La habitación estaba en el tercero piso. Con peldaños muy pequeños cuesta subir.
