Pros:

Las vistas eran preciosas! Y la ubicación perfecta para disfrutar los cerros de Valparaíso.

Cons:

La pieza no tenía buena aislación de sonido. En caso de que haya fiesta en la calle lo escucharás. Personalmente a mi no me molesta.

Eine wirklich tolle und historische Unterkunft mit sehr viel Charme. Die Lage ist hervorragend, um Valparaíso und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Besonders hervorzuheben war unser Balkon mit einem fantastischen Panorama über die Bucht und die Hügel von Valparaíso. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber völlig in Ordnung. Auch die Sauberkeit war insgesamt gut.

Cons:

Leider wurde unser ansonsten sehr schöner Aufenthalt durch die Situation beim Check-out getrübt. Uns wurde vorgeworfen, Schokolade und eine Packung Chips im Wert von 13.000 CLP aus dem Zimmer konsumiert zu haben. Diese Produkte waren bei unserer Ankunft nach unserer Wahrnehmung jedoch nicht im Zimmer vorhanden und wurden von uns auch nicht konsumiert.
Ich habe dies anschließend noch einmal ausführlich per WhatsApp erklärt, da ich nicht fließend Spanisch spreche. Zusätzlich wies ich darauf hin, dass uns für das Zimmer bereits rund 20.000 CLP mehr berechnet worden waren als ursprünglich über Booking.com angegeben. Leider wurde auf meine Nachricht überhaupt nicht mehr reagiert.
Sehr schade, denn eigentlich hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft selbst und insbesondere die Lage und der Ausblick sind wirklich empfehlenswert. Der Umgang mit der abschließenden Abrechnung hat den positiven Gesamteindruck allerdings deutlich getrübt.

Not a boutique hotel experience
Pros:

Spectacular view and bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Room smelt like sewage, parking far away and expensive and no tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Also we were overcharged for our stay (we are foreigners who paid with a credit card and asked to pay in USD. Hotel staff decided to process our payment in pesos and charged and extra 20%. When we realised the error they refused to refund the difference)..

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena.
La comodidad de la cama es espectacular, no daban ganas de levantarse .
La calefacción, toallas, shampoo, jabón y secador de pelo disponibles dentro de la habitación, son muy prácticos.

Cons:

Hay una pequeña ventana en la puerta de entrada de la habitación que no puede ser cubierta, de ciertos angulos se podía observar hacia dentro de la habitación desde el 3er piso. No es un gran problema, ya que el ángulo era limitado. Sin embargo, debíamos estar pendientes de en qué lugar de la habitación debíamos cambiarnos de ropa.

Habitación no corresponde a las fotos. Muy pequeña, baño incomodo.
Personal atiende mal. Salimos en la noche y no había quien abriera la puerta.

Ideal para ir en pareja... bueno, es Valparaíso
Pros:

La ubicación, la vista, limpieza y la preocupación del personal. Sentarse frente al ventanal, ver el puerto y la lluvia caer fue muy lindo. Volvería a aquí, pero sobre todo a Valparaíso.

Cons:

El desayuno podría mejorar, pero no cambien el café ni a la señora que los sirve.

L'hotel si trova nel cerro allegre. Posizione comoda per visitare tutta la città.

La camera è spaziosa con una grande vetrata con vista sul porto e sulla città.
Il bagno è in camera.

Vi è la possibilità di fare colazione.
Al primo piano vi è un bar

Cons:

L'hotel si raggiunge a piedi, dopo una lunga salita e molte scale. Non è facilmente raggiungibile con le valigie/ zaini se si sale a piedi.

Non vi è l'ascensore.

Il bagno non è molto grande.

Il bar è un po' rumoroso.

Posizione ottima a Calle Allegre, in una via di ristoranti, con uno degli ascensori per andare a Eñ Plano accanto, in piena zona di interesse per visitare la zona dei graffiti. Staff cordiale. La struttura è in un palazzo antico, senza ascensore.

Cons:

Il bagno da risistemare e poco curato nei particolari, cosa che cozza con il resto della stanza, curata e stilosa. La colazione sempre uguale, è migliorabile
