Everything is great, just cleanliness of bed sheet and cockroaches issue

Лучшее расположение. Безопасное, чистое!
Стильный и уютный, с великолепными сотрудника, и всеми удобствами для путешественников! Есть холодильник на 1 этаже, вода питьевая в неограниченном колличестве, камера хранения, лифт! Спокойно. Тихо, комфортно и безопасно.

Cons:

Комната маленькая, но кровать большая и комфортная! Для одного человека идеально!

Pros:

Прекрасный отель , я останавливаюсь постоянно только в нем!! Сотрудники очень дружелюбные. Отзывчивые и внимательные. Расположен около торгового центра и поезда в аэропорт
Чисто, уютно, комфортно. Вода на этаже питьевая и горячая и холодная. Лифт есть.Камера хранения багажа!! Холодильник на рецепшен гостевой! Все продумано и удобно.

Simple, Centrally located. Kudos
Pros:

-First of all, great location, central - next to the mall.
-short walk to the merdeka square.
-Very convenient with lots of eateries nearby.
-Staff is helpful and friendly.
-Room space is enough for a night or two stay

Cons:

-It might get a little noisy at night due to the open bar downstairs
-Cab needs to pay s small fee to pick you up from lobby.

Parfait emplacement
Pros:

L’hôtel est situé dans une rue avec peu de circulation. Il se trouve à 6/7 mns à pied de la gare. Parfait si on doit se rendre à l’aéroport (trajet gare -aéroport 45mns). Le lit est très grand et super confortable. Je suis arrivée en avance (à 11h : normalement remise des clés à 14h) : j’ai pu avoir ma chambre de suite (soit elle était déjà libre, soit le personnel l’avait déjà nettoyée ?). Personnel très accueillant et souriant. Il est à côté de toutes commodités (centres commerciaux, restaurants, Telkomsel pour les cartes SIM touristes,…)

Marvelous
Pros:

Actually the location was superb. The mall was just beside the hotel, 5 mins walk. Hotel was very easy to locate.

But everything goes out to the staff. I didnt get the name of the staff. To the staff that handled my family request, we thank you so much. My family demands are just out of the world, but he maintain his professionalism. We did not get a chance to thank and tip him because for only 2 nights of stay, he has done so much for us.

Cons:

Didnt have a kettle to boil hot water. Had to travel down the hall to the water dispenser.
