とにかく便利。快適です。
Pros:

とにかく便利。レンタカーもお借りして、そこを基地に満喫しました。今回2度目の利用でしたので、スーパーで食材を調達し、料理もしました。洗濯物もバッチリ乾き、着替えがいりませんでした。

Cons:

残念なことに、前回にはなかったカビ臭さがありました。
浴室乾燥をつけてみましたが、カビ臭は消えず。湿気が多いところなので仕方ないのかな。

また利用したいと思います。
Pros:

コンビニ、ドン・キホーテなど買物や移動にとても便利な立地。
洗濯機、お風呂衣類乾燥がとても重宝しました。
スタッフの方もとても感じよかったです。
部屋も広く、昼間は交通量が多い道に面していましたが、夜は車も通らず静かでした。
小型冷蔵庫も付いて、オーブン、電子レンジも完備されていました。
建物横にゴミ置き場もあり、生ゴミなど直ぐ捨てに行けるのも良かったです。

Cons:

スーツケースは手持ちで2階に運ぶ事です。
到着時は、社員の方がたまたま居合わせて、スーツケースを一つ運んで頂けました、ありがとうございました。

Autovermietung direkt unter dem Hotel, also Gast gibt es sogar eine Ermäßigung!
Mit Auto alles wunderbar erreichbar

Konbini ganz nah gelegen, Donki/Supermarkt ebenso fußläufig erreichbar.

Das Appartment ist sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.

宮古島に来たら泊まるべき宿です
Pros:

設備が申し分ないほど整っていてダイビングをする人にとっては非常に良い宿泊施設

Cons:

2階建なのでしょうがないがエレベーターがないこと。その代わり、スタッフさんが手伝って重いスーツケースを運んでくれたので素晴らしい対応で感動しました

今後はここ一択
Pros:

部屋が広いし使い易い。洗濯と乾燥も自由に部屋で出来るのが良い。また立地的に東部、南部のビーチ、繁華街が10-20分と近い。朝食で利用するLBカフェとサンエーが3分程度で行ける

除了房間舒適以外，其他設施都有待加強
Pros:

房間很讚 備品有給的很好，尤其是梳子有夠好疏

Cons:

除了泳池跟海灘、纜車以外沒有其他免費的設備可以使用，佔地很大但實際可以玩的地方沒有很多，其他都是餐廳跟高爾夫球場，海灘也非常不乾淨，泳池也沒有維護的跡象
