Sequoia Hotel Manila Bay

I recently stayed at Sequoia Hotel Manila Bay and had a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, my luggage was dropped off by my driver, but despite several staff members being present at the reception, no one offered assistance. I had to ask for help myself.

I was also surprised to learn that the incidental deposit would take a month to return to my card, which is not something I've encountered as a frequent traveler. The breakfast options were quite limited, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Additionally, my boyfriend, who arrived later, requested facial tissue from the front desk but received bathroom tissue instead, which was not what he needed. Lastly, when he asked for a key, he was escorted to our room by a bellman, as if his name was not on the guest list.

Overall, the service and amenities fell short of expectations.

便利！AYALA、PARQAL、カジノまで徒歩5分であり、部屋から見えました。ホテルと同じ建物の1階に24時間営業のコンビニがあり、お酒も買えました。
部屋は広くて清潔でした。
どこかの部屋の排水の音や廊下の話し声が聞こえましたが、許容範囲でした。朝食は価格なりのレベルです。安いから仕方ないことです。
安い割に快適に過ごせました。

Staffs are very friendly and always ready to help with anything. The most i like bapu this property is the area where its located, its very quite area, no traffic noise and avle to sleep peacefully in the night.

The hotel is very convenient to shopping, dining, airport and transportation hubs. Breakfast is great. My only complaint is the room’s A/C is undersized or under capacity to cool down the entire room.

5 minutes walk to Ali-mall. The breakfast was pretty decent. We had to catch an early morning flight. We were delighted that the breakfast opened 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

That staff was super friendly and helpful

The room was clean and was comfortable, the mall is very close by, which was so convenient. There is also a 7-eleven just right around the corner of the hotel. The staff was great, good service.:)

The only thing I didn’t like is the entertainment option watching tv (there were only cable channels, no streaming options where available where I can sign on.. like Netflix or Apple ).

A deposit of 2,000 pesos per night is needed, even with the room booked and paid in advance, they deposit is only returned after 90 days,..., take it or leave it, non negotiable. If you want to order food from the room, pay in advance or there is no food. Food order made, needs to be confirmed before starts preparation, I understand they may need to safeguard their business, but destroys anybody's mood and gives absolutely no reason to come back.

Great service, clean rooms. Nothing was missing out. Did i mention great service?

pleasent stay

High-end hotel, but their restaurant's breakfast buffet doesn't cater to american palette so if you're looking for american breakfast go look somewhere else. Other than that our stay was pleasant.

Quality price this hotel is just amazing!
