Pros:

Instalaciones amplias y la ubicación cerca de la estacion de Hakata
Tiene varios parking de monedas cerca y varias tiendas de conveniencia tambien

Cons:

Que es muy impersonal, no hay nadie trabajando en el hotel, y aunque el registro no es dificil de hacer puede haber dudas que nadie te va a resolver

我覺得這裡還是很棒，每天回家都得到很好的休息，能洗衣服也能有煮飯的地方，丟垃圾也都很方便！是個很值得再回來的旅館❤️❤️
Pros:

空間很大，家庭住宿真的很方便！
雖然是無人櫃檯，但是可以用平板隨時聯絡到員工，能幫忙叫車或處理問題！

Cons:

離車站的距離帶孩子走起來還是稍微遠了一點，剛好我們又在梅雨季節旅行🥲

Viel Platz aber mehr nicht.
Pros:

Größe des Zimmers und tolles Familienbadezimmer.
Waschmaschine und Küche am Zimmer.

Es gibt einen Lift.

Cons:

Wir haben uns überhaupt nicht willkommen gefühlt. Es gibt garkein Personal und man muss sich kompliziert selbst einchecken (mit videoanruf, online kreditkartenzahlung für ortstaxe,...) ca 20 Minuten Zeitaufwand.

Am Zimmer fehlte ein Kasten - laut Betten könnten 4 Personen im Zimmer schlafen aber es gibt keine Kommode und im kleinen Vorzimmer gerade mal 6 Kleiderhaken. Wir haben die Küchenkästen ausgeräumt und dies als Kleiderschrank verwendet. Es wäre aber genau Platz im Zimmer um eine kleine Kommode aufzustellen.

Sehr unflexibel mit verfrühtem Check-in bzw. Verspätetem Check Out.

Es gibt keine Zimmerreinigung, grundsätzlich ok. Man kann den Müll selbst entsorgen, auch noch ok, aber es werden keine neuen Müllsäcke zur verfügung gestellt diese muss man selbst kaufen wenn man welche braucht.

Der "Balkon" hat garkeinen Ausblick (direkt davor ist eine Hauswand) Außerdem war dieser ohnehin so schmutzig dass man ihn nicht benutzen wollte.

Am letzen Abend sahen wir eine Kakerlake im Stiegenhaus.

Öffentlich ist das Hotel nicht gut angebunden. Nach Hakata Station geht man mindestens 20 Minuten. Zum Bus auch mindestens 10.

Very pleasant stay. We found our gem hotel.
Pros:

Our favorite hotel in Fukuoka! Everything is good! Very spacious room. Good amenities. I like also that it has a washing machine and the drying of clothes can only take 1-2 hours using the bathroom’s fan (it has options to dry clothes, ventilation, etc.). Very clean. Located very near to Hakata Station. Located at a quiet neighborhood.

This is actually our 5th time to stay here.
