Cons:

Wirkte etwas düster und kalt. Decke aus Beton und alles etwas lieblos. Ein Bild an der wand pp. Wäre schön.

Man sollte den Winter nutzen, um die Reparaturen zu erledigen, dann ist die Bewertung mit Hervorragend gerechtfertigt.

Tolle Fließen im Bad.

Cons:

Wasserhahn in der Küche defekt, Wasser läuft unten heraus.
Cerankochfeld nicht sauber. Am Spülbecken und am Cerankochfeld ist die Arbeitsplatte nicht verfugt, Spritzwasser läuft herunter.
Beide Essstühle unansehnlich, die Folierung platzt ab.
Die Amartur in der Dusche ist leider auch nicht mehr ganz schwarz, die Folierung platzt ab.
Die Türzarge der Badtür ist nicht verfugt, bei der Reinigung des Bodens läuft Wasser unter die Zarge. Ausgefranstes Handtuch.
