Great hotel with stunning views of the river
Pros:

Very nice hotel, brilliant pool and separate Sky bar, with stunning sunsets if your lucky. Staff were all really helpful

Cons:

Just one thing, sound insulation on the windows wasn’t great but that’s it.

Short as we left after one night. Too many issues for a big hotel.

Cons:

Hallways were stifling hot with no air conditioning., it was suffocating just to get to our room. Water pressure was poor and temperature of the water went from luke warm to cold and back and forth the whole length of your shower.
The air conditioning in the room did not work effectively and after 1hr we were covered in sweat and asked reception to help. They said air conditioner not strong and offered us a fan which made a big difference.
Staff were not friendly, we were not sure if they are not used to Australian tourist, but Hanoi, Trang An, Tam Coc Lan Ha Bay all very friendly and welcoming. We did not feel welcome here at all, it was very uncomfortable for us Even at breakfast no one was friendly as we had experienced everywhere else. I’ve never had to write a bad review before. Aesthetically is was nice but functionally it was poor. But really it lacked warmth and friendliness.

Pros:

Het ontbijt was vrij standaard. Prima, maar niet heel bijzonder. Koffie hebben we wel beter gehad in Vietnam. De locatie is heel goed. Alle bezienswaardigheden en restaurants zijn op loopafstand. We konden een kamer, weliswaar tegen betaling, langer aanhouden, omdat we pas 's avonds vertrokken.

Cons:

Het zwembad ligt leuk hoog zodat je een mooi uitzicht hebt. Het kan wel erg druk zijn met te weinig ligbedden. Is ook een beetje gedateerd. Maar je gebruikt het eigenlijk alleen maar om aan het eind van de dag een beetje af te koelen.

Fantastic place to stay!
Pros:

Very clean Hotel and the staff were very kind. We had arrived early, and instead of making us wait until check in time, they got a room ready for us early and checked in 2 hours earlier. Great facilities and this hotel has everything you may need.
