Convenient location
Pros:

Convenient hotel, perhaps with more of a corporate style guest in mind. Close to some city hotspots, great as a base for visiting Hue.

Cons:

Not a lot of western type options at breakfast. We were not provided with a clothes iron when we asked for one, instead we were directed to (quite expensive) laundry service, which includes a pressing only service. Only 10 sunbeds available in the pool area.

Pros:

Die Lage und die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer waren exzellent. Die Betten waren hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Bar hatte sehr gute Live Musik. Der Pool war wunderbar und die Lobby sehr einladend.

Cons:

Das Wasser im 15. Stock wurde immer erst nach 10 min warm und hatte in der Dusche kaum Wasserdruck.
Die Musik beim Frühstück war furchtbar. Das gleiche generische Klavierstück lief immer und immer wieder, so dass man es während des Frühstücks 10-15 Mal (!) erleiden musste. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich.

Pros:

Hotel was in a great location, close to the main bits of Hue. Felt very safe walking around the neighbourhood! Pool area was great size and decent pool! They had a Jazz night on the Saturday which we thoroughly enjoyed! They were very talented and made for a lovely evening.

Cons:

Liked it all, there could have been a few more sun lounges around the pool!

Great location, lovely views
Pros:

Great location in central Hue, and view over the river. Our room was comfortable and breakfast was lovely. Staff were accommodating and helped us to arrange an airport transfer.

Cons:

Not much to fault - other than the shower being over an open bath with no shower curtain.

Deninatly one of the best hotels in the city
Pros:

If you want to have a beautiful view of the Perfume River and hills , then you just have to book a room with the view!! It is wonderful to also see the sunsets. Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff!! Nice breakfast and very comfortable beds. We will definitely stay there again when we visit the city!!

Pros:

Un desayuno espléndido, una habitación fantástica. Un personal muy dispuesto a ayudar, un área de piscina precioso

Por decir algo, se apreciaría que se especificara qué comida en el buffet es vegetariana. También estaría bien poner algo de bollería vegana ( croissants,, pastelillos...)
También se echó en falta más presión en la ducha
