Lovely hotel but staff ruined it for us
Pros:

Great location and hotel was beautiful and felt very clean! Nice pool with lots of lounge chairs to enjoy. High floors make for a really gorgeous view of the city!

Cons:

Staff were not as friendly as other hotels in Vietnam. During breakfast, we told 2 different people that the soy milk was empty and we needed it for coffee as we are vegan. We were told to wait but neither one of them came back to follow up or communicate with us and eventually after about 25 mins we just left. The server at the pool was also not very friendly.
Breakfast was huge but it did not cater well to those with dietary restrictions, even everything vegetarian had either milk or eggs in it.

Great little hotel.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was nice, air condition was just right. Breakfast was good, not a large selection but decent enough. Overall, White Lotus is good and is a great stay.

Wonderful short stay in Hue
Pros:

Wonderful hotel in great location. Wonderful room with view of the river and close to the local sights.
Staff were all friendly and so helpful would highly recommend this hotel

Experience in Hue
Pros:

We were upgraded to the family suite and the view was amazing. The buffet breakfast spread was very wide and yummy.

Cons:

There were limited dining options near the hotel. It would be helpful to provide a simple map highlighting nearby places to eat.

Lovely stay for our honeymoon
Pros:

We had a very nice stay here during our honeymoon. It was such a thoughtful touch to be welcomed with a cake and special room decoration to celebrate the occasion. The pool was also perfect after long hot days exploring Hue. We had a great experience and felt very well received.

Cons:

The room itself was a bit small.

This was my least favorite hotel in Vietnam.
Pros:

Room was gorgeous, fabulous view out over the river.

Cons:

Getting into the bathtub for a shower was precarious.
So much noise coming from the next room.
Pool service, grabbed a drink and snack and 4 hours later they still had not taken the plates etc away.
Location was not the best.
