Stanze pulitissime, staff gentile. Piscina e tutti i servizi sopra e aspettative.
Pros:

CI siamo fermati solo 2 giorni, ma è stato davvero bello soggiornare al White Lotus. Stanze pulitissime e la vista sulla città è splendida. Colazione varia e curata. Staff gentilissimo.
La piscina è molto grande e tutti i servizi funzionano alla perfezione. Prima della partenza ci hanno permesso di tenere le valigie dopo il check-out.

Cons:

La posizione non è favorevole. Si trova su una strada affollata di auto, ma comunque le stanze sono insonorizzate e non si sentono rumeori. Per arrivare nella zona ristornati ci vogliono 15 minuti a piedi. Le stanze sono un po' asettiche.

Nice for a short stay.
Pros:

Nice location. Clean hotel. Rich breakfast.

Cons:

Really bad, bad coffee at the breakfast. Also the hotel offers complimentary two small bottles of WARM water for refreshments despite 30+ Celsius outside. The normal sized cold water bottles are in the fridge and are priced. Also there is no noise insulation from the windows.

Good place to stay
Pros:

Amazing views. Very nicely decorated. Good AC. Generous breakfast. Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The room that was assigned to us had the lowest level of privacy between bathroom and room we have even seen. There was literally glass, not stained or frosted, but see through, between room and bathroom, and no type of soundproofing. We asked for a change, and they originally sent someone with a cloth to just block the view. They said they had no other rooms or types of rooms. Finally, they did change us to a room with a regular bathroom.
In the room we stayed, water came out of the shower from below, seems the bathtub is not correctly sealed.

Séjour parfait. L'hôtel mérite amplement ses 4 étoiles, personnels au top, belle piscine, salle de sport spacieuse, rooftop avec magnifique vue, super petit déjeuner. Je recommande!

Great hotel with stunning views of the river
Pros:

Very nice hotel, brilliant pool and separate Sky bar, with stunning sunsets if your lucky. Staff were all really helpful

Cons:

Just one thing, sound insulation on the windows wasn’t great but that’s it.

Ottima struttura. Tutto molto curato e pulito. Camera bella. La colazione migliore trovata tra tutte le strutture girate in Vietnam. Piscina molto grande e curata. Posizione comodissima.
