great buffet breakfast and view of river. Centre of everything
Pros:

We loved the buffet breakfast - my son is gluten free and there were enough good dishes for him to enjoy :) . The Bun Bo Hue noodle station at breakfast was sensational - i had two bowls one morning. Maybe if there were labels on food that would’ve been ever more helpful. Contains nuts; contains gluten; contains dairy products etc (this would help immensely for ppl with food allergies and intolerances).

Cons:

we had an issue with the temperature of the hot water not being hot enough but when we called reception they had someone come and fix this for us immediately so that was wonderful :)

Super hôtel
Pros:

C’est vraiment un hôtel 4* pour le Vietnam avec piscine, salle de sport et Sky bar. Le petit déjeuner est super buffet avec beaucoup de choix. La vue de la chambre est juste fabuleuse.

Cons:

La chambre un peu petite quand vous avez 2 grandes valises.

Perfect one night stay.
Pros:

The White Lotus was an excellent choice. It was clean, staff were friendly and professional. The location was perfect. Nice walk up to the perfume river and we also walked to the Imperial Citadel. We are travellers from Australia and it represented great value for money.

Great location, but be mindful of room options
Pros:

If you book a River view room you will get the best view. Rooms have larger (king size) beds and more spacious bathrooms. Staff are happy to organise bicycles if you like to ride around yourself. Location is away from the busy touristy streets we enjoyed.

Cons:

We had connected rooms with a family of four. The two single beds room was far more spacious with riverview, the other room was very small, no view (small windows), small double bed and small bathroom. Would recommend not to book, but instead book two river view rooms.
