價錢和位置都不錯，附近就有公車站。整體舊舊的，設施都不是很乾淨，感覺不是很用心清潔。共有兩個房間，有一個房間沒有冷氣，睡覺的時候就必須要把門開著。另外，有廚房，但是沒有廚具，鍋子刀子砧板都需要借，每天$1000日幣，這點會蠻扣分的。

Pros:

福岡空港からタクシーで10分程！
ホテルから博多駅、中洲屋台街がタクシーで10分位でアクセス出来る♪
マンションの一室を借りてるのでマンション生活を疑似体験出来る♪
お手頃価格で宿泊出来た♪
管理人さんが親切丁寧な対応

Cons:

私は気にならなかったが、すぐ隣に路線があるので神経質な人は電車音が気になるかも！

小物置きに埃が溜まっていた。

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed! Very thoughtful amenities eg anti bacterial wipes, sufficient hangers for laundry etc! Very much appreciated!

Cons:

The reception is not staffed and we have to call a local number so this costs if you don’t have a local sim like us. Would be nice if a WhatsApp number is provided instead.

The tone of the communications (posters, instructions etc) around the building comes across as laying down many rules, rather than welcoming. It could be understandable if they had bad experiences before with tourists.

It was still a good stay nonetheless!

Pros:

公共交通機関の遅延により到着がやや遅れてしまったのですが、女性の受付のスタッフの方が非常に素晴らしく柔軟に快くご対応いただきましてとても助かりました。

Cons:

特にありません。強いて言えば立地くらいです。行きは博多駅からタクシー代を出していただけるのですが、帰りも行きと同額で出していただければ完璧です。

Pros:

Staff were kind, though not available between the evening and morning.
Suite was spacious and well-furnished.
Central location in Hakata.

Cons:

The hotel is facing train tracks and the sound insulation is not great. For people sensitive to noise, you might want to consider another place to stay.
The suite was not especially clean, and the kitchen counter and table were dusty.

예상보다 공간도 넓었고 시설도 훌륭했음. 방 2개 모두 충분히 넓었고, 특히 다다미 공간을 포함한 거실이 넓어서 여러가지로 쾌적했음. 욕실 및 주방 시설도 모두 좋았음.
