Pros:

Staff were incredibly friendly, 20 minute walk from Hakata station, beds were great, kitchen and shower facilities were great. Felt like a home in Fukuoka

Un bel appartement confortable avec vue sur les Shinkansen
Pros:

La vue du septième étage. Beaucoup d'espace , épicerie a 10 minutes à pied. On paie pour louer un kit de cuisine, on paie pas si on ne cuisine pas! Le personnel sur place est très gentil , on nous a trouvé une place pour mettre nos vélos .

Cons:

Les communications avant d'arriver sont un peu rébarbatives , ils insistent beaucoup sur l'heure d'arrivée et de départ de manière brusque, et insistante, comme si la plupart des gens ne respectait pas ces heures .

Pros:

チェックイン時間終了間際の到着にもかかわらず、スタッフの方が丁寧に気持ちよく対応して頂けた。
室内はとても清潔で広さも十分にあり5人で利用しましたが、快適に過ごせた。

Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Das Haus liegt direkt an der Bahnlinie, das sollten geräuschempfindliche Menschen bedenken.
Aber es tut der übrigen Qualität keinen Abbruch.

Japan hatten wir noch nie so viel Platz und so große Betten wie bei diesem Hotel. Eigentlich darf man nicht viel loben, weil sonst ist das Hotel vielleicht dann teurer beim nächsten mal. im Grunde ist das eine Wohnung mit einer kleinen Rezeption im Erdgeschoss.

Cons:

das WiFi Netz war extrem langsam. die Ketten waren groß, aber nicht besonders weich. die Wohnung hat eine Küche, aber leider keine Pfanne oder kochtopf.

Pros:

ロケーションも良く、施設もキレイ。
洗濯機と洗濯洗剤があるのはとても助かりました! 乾燥機はなくても浴室乾燥機で十分乾きますし、ハンガーの数も充実していました。

Cons:

テレビの前にあるソファ、スタッフさんも座ってみて下さい。701号室です。座って左側が違和感あると思います。

great place to be. just make sure you get an uber ride home if you had a long day walking.
Pros:

lovely place to call home. the lady who waited for us until 8pm was phenomenal. i couldnt thank her enough even though i missed reading check in up to 730 pm only. out flight arrived at 7pm and she was there until 8pm for us. thank you so much.

Cons:

a bit far for comfort after 15 kms walking around kyushu. but buses are there to save you.
