Pros:

1.房間空間很大
2.有訂到附停車位的房型
3.有微波爐及簡易廚房
4.有洗衣機及洗衣精，柔軟精

Pros:

地點離博多站近，若事先預約有停車位也很方便

Cons:

需要花1000日圓租廚具設備。但鍋子老舊，有明顯刮痕不安全使用。事後他們有說可以換鍋子也給我們另外一個鍋子。但是還是破損的。另外一個是他們有限制性的check in 時間，在那四個小時內如果沒有到達就沒有辦法入住，是比較沒有彈性

とっても良かったです。また利用したいです。
Pros:

娘と孫とで利用させていただきました。専用駐車場があるのはとてもありがたい。部屋もきれいでベットルームが二部屋あり、大人2人子供2人でゆっくりできました。受付のお姉さんが優しくて孫たちが喜んでいました。また福岡に行く際は利用出来たらなと思いました。

Cons:

タオルの写真が載っていなかったので、自分で二泊分持参していったところ部屋に用意してあったので有難かったですが、写真も載せておいてください。
包丁も借りないといけないのがわからなかったので、果物を剥くのに使用したかったのですが、受付の時間に間に合わなかったので、備品利用のことも書いていただけるとありがたいです。

料金を加味すると良くも悪くもない。
Pros:

きれいだった。6人家族で泊まれるところが少ないので良かった。

Cons:

キッチンがあるのに包丁など無いものが多かったり、アメニティが少なかったり不便だった。

オススメです！
Pros:

10階ですごく眺めがよかったです。ベランダから新幹線が見えて、電車が好きな子は、喜びそうです。電車が通る割には、音も静かでした。すごく部屋もキレイ。清掃がいきとどいていました。アメニティなども揃っていて、次からリピーターになりたいくらいです。自宅がこんなとこだったらいいなぁ～と思うくらいでした。駐車場もあるのが助かりました。

Cons:

ありません。田舎に住んでるので、道にも慣れてないので、周りの道路が少し狭く感じるくらい。
