Such a warm welcome from the owner and his team/family! This is a beautiful historic building with a very special atmosphere.
Perhaps a vegetarian choice for the evening meal would be good BUT the food was excellent so this is a suggestion only!

La verdad que podría estar hablando horas de la belleza de este sitio y no le haría justicia, tampoco podría hacérsela a la amabilidad de Jesús. Como ha podido coger un edificio histórico casi en ruinas y restaurarlo hasta su magnificencia actual es algo que roza la magia. Cada detalle, cada decoración está en un sitio que cuenta una historia, incluso la lechuza 😍 es un sitio encantado y con encanto. Y todo eso sin descuidar una cocina que podría tener estrella Michelin y no me asombraría y un confort en la habitación que te hace sentir como en una nube. Además de esto tuve el honor y el placer de recibir la sapiencia de Jesús mientras recorríamos juntos la iglesia aledaña y me contaba sus secretos escondidos dentro de la piedra tallada al más puro estilo románico y advocada a San Martín de Tours. Disfrute de cada minuto de la estancia mi cuerpo descansó en la cama más cómoda de mis 12 días de peregrinación histórica, mi estómago se deleitó con los manjares degustados y mi mente se nutrió de conocimiento nuevo y de antaño. Gracias Jesús. No lo olvidaré. Había una "intención cosmogónica" en esa lucerna de la cripta 🤗🤣

Beautifully renovated very old building connected to a church with an interesting crypt. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Invaluble help next morning when we’d problems with our car. Translated for hours between us and the rescue man. The dinner was superb and one of the best breakfasts in Spain ever. Loved this place👍

Que en el pueblo no haya un bar
Nous avons rencontré Jésus, mais nous n'avons pas été touchés par la Grâce. De son royaume rural il préside à nos destinées nocturnes avec hauteur et autorité.
Bref nos destins se sont séparés avant même d'avoir franchi le seuil du pseudo Castillo. Dommage, cet accueil calamiteux nous a coûté 80 € non remboursés.
