Bonito el edificio, atención del personal y degustacion de vinos

Good location but very small rooms.
Pros:

The location is great and has many restaurants and shopping areas to offer. Very easy to walk to some sights. Rooms were clean, though.

Cons:

The rooms were small and not able to open two luggage with free space to walk. It was very noisy at night and some friends complained that they couldn't sleep well. Overall, we didn't have a very good stay.

Equipe muito prestativa, quarto incrível e ainda tem uma degustação de vinhos. Possui um bom custo-benefício. Oferecem ainda um transfer no valor de mercado do aerporto para o hotel.

Cons:

O local é mais residencial, então para encontrar bons renstaurantes, você terá que andar um pouco, mas acho que nada que afete a experiência.

O hotel é muito próximo da estação do metrô, cama confortável e acomodação extremamente limpa. Funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

O anuncio mostra fotos do entorno (um chafariz por exemplo) que dá a entender que é no pátio do hotel, mas fica na rua próxima. Nos primeiros dias pareciam ter poucos hóspedes e o café da manhã era extremamente simples e sem variedade. O recepcionista nos avisou da hora do chá e da hora do vinho, mas não percam tempo. Os motoristas de aplicativos comentaram que não é uma região muito segura para caminhara noite.

Pros:

I liked the staff. They were extremely helpful throughout our requests.

Cons:

The shower and sink were clogged, and the water would not drain.
The rooms were really small, with only 1 bedstand and hardly leg space to get off the bed.

Pros:

La atención de la recepcionista fue excelente; se mostró muy amable, cordial y atenta en todo momento.

Cons:

La habitación presentaba filtraciones de agua en diversos sectores del baño. Además, tanto el baño como las instalaciones en general se encontraban descuidadas y evidenciaban un importante desgaste por antigüedad. Nos asignamos una habitación en el primer piso con vista directa hacia la calle, lo que resultó muy perjudicial para el descanso. Durante toda la noche se escuchó fuertes discusiones, gritos y disturbios en el exterior, situación que incluso requirió la presencia de Carabineros. Sin embargo, alrededor de las 5:00 de la madrugada los incidentes Continuaron, con nuevas peleas y gritos. Debido a estas condiciones, fue imposible descansar adecuadamente, convirtiendo la estadía en una experiencia muy desagradable.

The location is great (downtown Santiago) & the bed is really comfy. Breakfast was light but filling and the wine in the evening is a nice touch.

Cons:

There is a lot of noise from the street at night. If you have a street facing room, suggest ear plugs or request another room (I was woken up every night). There isn't a lift, so expect to carry your bags up stairs to your room. We booked this hotel because of a recommendation about the wine tasting in the evenings. Whilst this happens, it's quite sparse and the nibbles are minimal.
