Pros:

The rooms are very neat and clean. The staff were very supportive and helpful. We travelled as a group and they all enjoyed the stay. The property is very close to the temple.

⭐ A Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Lack of Transparency

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at Srivar Hotels. I had booked two Mini Suite rooms specifically to ensure a comfortable stay for my family. However, the hotel provided only one Mini Suite and one Deluxe room instead, without informing me about the change in advance.

I came to know about this only after asking the staff myself. They simply told me that the room had been changed, which was completely unacceptable. If a hotel cannot provide the room category that a guest has booked and paid for, the least it can do is inform the guest beforehand and obtain their consent.

As compensation, they offered to adjust breakfast and lunch for four people. However, this did not make up for the inconvenience of not receiving the rooms I had specifically booked. To make matters worse, they also asked me to pay an additional ₹900 during checkout, which added to my disappointment.

The biggest issue was the lack of transparency and failure to honour the original booking. Guests choose a particular room category for a reason, and silently changing it without informing them is not acceptable.

I expected a comfortable and hassle-free stay, but the experience was the opposite. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its service and communication. I would advise future guests to reconfirm their room category directly with the hotel before checking in.

Pros:

Overall room was good as we stayed only for 1 day. It is in west nada and walkable distance to main temple. Ksrtc bus stand is also near to hotel.

Cons:

Room was little congested as we were unable to walk to that side of room because of large cot.

Memorable stay
Pros:

It was really a comfortable stay. Staff were professional and the room was very good and cleanliness was superb. The highlight is that the hotel was only walkable distance from the great temple.

Room was very small even to accomodate two adults. In this situation on demand they provide additional bed for one more adult by demanding another rs.525.

It's a good stay , if you prefer clean rooms and bathroom
