The staff at Pema Boutique Hotel is very kind and attentive, I arrived in the early morning hours and they checked me in without extra surcharge, I wasn't very satisfied with the room as some constructions were going on behind and at about 11am, as soon as room were free, they showed me a couple of quite rooms I could choose from. The hotel is in excellent location, you can literally walk to the Stupa, as well as most cafes and places of interest. The breakfast was mostly continental, the selection of coffee and teas at the bar and room service was excellent and food menu is very good too, tho. The hotel is very clean and in the room you get everything you need to relax after a long journey, toiletries and tea, kettle, and beds are very comfortable, though I mainly eat outside as there is much choice in the Boudha village, my room had beautiful big window, the ac was silent and working very well, keeping me nice a dry at night. The staff are ever so kind, I was off to a meditation retreat and they kept my luggage while I attended the retreat. Very good stay and I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful stay in Kathmandu and need rest from long flight journey.

It is a light, cosy and decent hotel located just 5 minutes from the Boudhanath Stupa and Shechen Monastery. Couldn't be better! The dinner we ordered from the menu was delicious. We could also order coffee at breakfast for free ! The hotel is definitely worth the money.
Bathrobes will be helpful, especially in winter months! There was a bit lack of hot water in cloudy days on late evenings. Μore variety for breakfast, especially vegetarian options, like curd.
The staff were amazing especially Maya and. Mariam.
Everything was good and if I had a problem they were able to sort it out
