Parkway inn Hotel & Spa

Albergo molto carino, staff sempre disponibile, colazione molto buona e abbondante. Ero qui per la Formula 1 a Baku e il circuito è raggiungibile con una passeggiata di circa 15/20 minuti. L’unico problema é stato mentre facevo il checkout e controllavo che avevo preso tutte le mie cose g l’ho trovato un posacenere pieno di sigarette nel comodino accanto al letto. Non avevo il tempo per dirlo al reception dato che il taxi stava arrivando per portarmi all’aeroporto. A parte questo mi è piaciuto molto l’albergo!

Kahvaltı çok iyi.
Otele giriş -çıkış saatlerinde daha iyi bir uygulama olması gerekiyor. Örneğin sabah giriş saat 10, ögle çıkış 14 olsun. Sabah çok erken gidip orda otele giriş saati beklemek çok zor oluyor. Çocuklu misafirler için çocuk bakımı yapmak zor oluyor. Sabah 7'de gidip ,saat 14 giriş saatini bekledik. 5-6saati otelin dışında geçirdik. Otele erken giriş ve çıkış için bir günlük otel ücretine denk otel ücreti isteniyor. Otel giriş -çıkışı için daha uygun alternatifler olsun. Örneğin otele giriş saati sabah 10, öğle 14,akşam 18 , otelden çıkış saatleri de aynı şekilde yapılsın. Otele giriş -çıkış tercihi rezervasyon yaparken belirlensin. Ücreti de baştan öyle ayarlansın. Çıkış saatleri de 9- 13- 17olsun. Benim şahsi düşüncem bu. Hotels com sitesinin döviz çevirilerinde problem var. Gittiyimiz otel bizden rezervasyon ücretinden daha çok ücret aldılar. Bir günlük otel ücreti daha ek ücret aldılar. En büyük sorun bu oldu.

Hotel in an excellent location. Many amenities nearby, including the Nizami Metro station. A bad experience booking a tour with a receptionist, Kanan. During an organized tour by Kanan, the driver, who didn't speak English—even though we had booked a driver who spoke English—demanded us to pay a supposed parking fine he'd received...
Overall, a good hotel, but the staff wasn't up to par.
In fact sometimes they didn't even say hello when you entered or they weren't even present at reception desk.
For example, to check out we waited about 15 minutes for someone to arrive to collect the keys.

The worst place ever.
1. Booked and PAID for a double bedroom room, get a twinbed.
2. In reception I have asked to change it and get a suggestion to go to another room and ask for people to swap it !!! which is actually not my job as well, they even did not sau ant sorry for their mistake. Also was suggested to come another day and they will give me a double room. Lies, next day no double room
3. Slept in twinbed room. Smells cigarettes.
4. No parking at all.
5. No isolation from the road in the rooms, the feeling, that you are trying to get a sleep on the main highway.
6. What was good? The rooms are clean, good cleaners. That's it.

Resepsiyondan garsona kadar herkes misafir perver.Oda temizliği mükemmel Türk Vatandaşların rahatlıkla gelmesini tercih ediyorum eviniz gibi hissedin.

Genel olarak iyiydi

Odalar gayet yeterli ve rahat. Kahvaltı konusunda çok iyi bir açık büfeleri var çok beğendik. Oda temizliği konusunda yeterince titiz olunmamış gibi geldi fakat genel olarak iyi bir deneyimdi.

Hotel limpo, próximo a estação de Metrô. Café da manhã com muitos itens. Alimentos bem turcos. Apenas faco a ressalva que o lençol era curto para cobrir o casal.

İlk kez Baküde bulunduk. Konaklamamız mükemmel geçti. Otel konforu ve kahvaltısı beklentinin üzerindeydi. Otel sahibine, personellerine, özellikle de Müslüm ve Kenan'a çok çok teşekkür ederiz. Tatilimiz sırasında oluşan bütün problemlerimizi çözerek otel dışında da tüm geziye yardımcı oldular. Türkiye'den gelenlere tavsiye ediyoruz.

Kaldığımız oda seçtiğimiz odaya göre farklı ve küçüktü. Başta bizim için bu bir sorundu. Sonrasında çalışanlar durumu açıkladılar ve sıkıntı yaşamadık. Temizlik ve hizmet konusunda gayet iyiydi. Merkeze biraz uzak olsa da çok ciddi bir sorun değil. Büyük ihtimalle tekrar gittiğimizde tercihimiz yine burası olur. Çalışan ve ilgilenen herkese teşekkürler.

Das Zentrum und Altstadt sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Taxifahrten mit Bolt sehr gut und günstig.

If there is something less than one star I would rate this place with,
We are currently there for the worst holiday ever because of this place, they ruined our trip.
Let me start with the room and my booking, I booked double room and selected the 2 beds option.
We checked in and found out the room has only one bed, I spoke to to receptionist nothing happened he kept on saying it is not my job to change rooms I am only receptionist.
He said I will check if we can change your room tomorrow, and then we were looking for the blanket/ cover, this is what we found.
A dirty disgusting thing to sleep with, the response from the receptionist was sorry we have no extra blankets to change it for you.
He didn’t even feel sorry that we found this in the room, it wasn’t just the cover, bed sheets and pillows smell disgusting.
Towels are ripped and smells bad.
For 3 days I am begging them to give me a clean cover.
Every day I have to repeat the same story for whoever is on the shift ,the response was always sorry it is not my job sorry we don’t have extra sorry we don’t have available rooms to give you.
In our 3 night at 12:30 am midnight my friend and I( 2 ladies) in the room we were sleeping, suddenly we found a stranger man opening our room with his card. He scared us at midnight I called the reception to ask him how did this man open my room and how his card worked on my door, he didn’t answer because he knew he is trouble as he heard me screaming when I felt scared because our room is the first floor.
This morning I went to the reception to talk about what happened yesterday, the answer was sorry I wasn’t on duty someone else was and I don’t know what happened.
If I go more through details everybody will see how unprofessional this place and the people work there are.
A very bad experience I will never ever repeat it, save your money and your trip and don’t ever book at this place.

o hotel é incrível! da pra fazer praticamente tudo a pé em Baku, mas tem uma estação de metro próximo! a acomodação é incrível e gostamos muito do hotel. os atendentes foram super solicitos e nos ajudaram na reserva de restaurantes e transfer.

They did not return me even after 8 hours of reservation!!!!
