Perfecto, amé!
Pros:

Todo excelente, el personal, las instalaciones, en fin, la estancia es súper amena. Ideal para estar en familia y relajarte!

Pros:

La cama es muy cómoda y el tamaño de la habitación muy bien, baño de buen tamaño con todo lo necesario. El personal son chicos muy amables.

Cons:

Esta muy lejos de pueblo de Tepoztlan, al lado de la carretera entonces hay ruido de camiones en la noche, hay que caminar mucho para llegar al pueblo y una parte por el lado de una carretera donde el camino no esta bien. Por otro lado el jacuzzi lo calientan solo de viernes a sábado y los domingos no, siendo que la gente este en su mayoría sábado y domingo y además no funciona, es como una pequeña alberca caliente. Hay mucho polvo y por todos lados porque solo riegan una parte del jardín y lo demás esta seco y es tierra. Finalmente solo tienen un cocinero, por lo que tardan mucho los alimentos y el servicio comienza a las 9:30 am. Por último la cocina no esta limpia

El trato al llegar es de lo mejor, cumple con todas las expectativas que se tienen, muy muy amable la señorita Moni..
Cualquier cosa que se necesite están para apoyarte.
Lo mejor de todo es la alberca climatizada, ya que hasta las 10 de la noche pudes estar sin problemas

My favorit place to stay in the Tepoztlan area
Pros:

Everything from Location, Rooms, Pool to Bar and Restaurant is top notch. I love the huge Garden and so do the Birds

Cons:

I didn‘t like the Chilaquiles, I LOVEd them!!!

Highly recommend. Lovely place with an amazing group of people working there who want you to have the best time!!!
Pros:

Loved the rooms that looked onto the pool. The bar and restaurant were awesome. I somehow lucked out and was the only guest there. Monica and crew were incredible.

Desde el ingreso nos atendieron muy bien, Monica y todo el personal, estuvieron al pendiente, la ubicación es buena ya que al salir queda muy cerca la carretera y no tienes que cruzar el centro para salir.
