Pros:

Peaceful space with a mountain view and greatest service and food.
The team reads your mind before you ask for something. They are the kindest and most caring! Highly recommended.
Food is phenomenal. The chef always surprises you with fresh and perfectly cooked meals and snacks. The drinks are amazing as well.
The manager is fantastic. She was very flexible with our check in and check out time and was there for everything we needed.

El personal es el mas dedicado al huesped
Pros:

El personal es excelente, fui con mi familia y mi perro que require alimentacion especial, me ofrecieron un refrigerador para almacenarla y me ayudaban para calentarle cada porción, incluso me prestaron un par de platos para su comida y agua. Todos ellos trabajan muy duro en multiples roles y siempre tienen una sonrisa y disposición a ayudarte desde la gerente, las chicas de limpieza y los chicos super activos. Su ubicación esta fuera del centro, pero es justo lo que buscamos para descansar tranquilamente. EL menú del restaurante, aunque peque{o en opciones, la comida es muy buena.

Los colchones son un poco duros. Podrian ampliar un poco el menú del restaurante.

Beautiful place to enjoy a weekend, the hotel is super close to downtown Tepoztlán. I loved the views, the tranquility, and the safety of the place. The staff is excellent; the hotel has a bar and restaurant, so after a stroll through Tepoztlán, you have everything you need without having to leave the hotel. The best part was the bonfire at night. The pool isn't heated, but that's very common in Mexico, so if you like cold water, you'll enjoy the pool; otherwise, there's the jacuzzi with warm water. The facilities are super clean and designed for people in wheelchairs, which is great. 100% recommended!

Cons:

Perhaps investing in comfortable pillows would be a plus for the beautiful rooms.
