Heerlijk hotel met een super mooie ligging!
Pros:

Ontzettend mooi gelegen hotel! Zeer ontspannen sfeer, rustig mooi en proper zwembad. Het restaurant ligt er tegenover, pal aan de zee. Prachtige ligging! Ruime kaart en de prijzen vallen mee .

Hotel is great. Resturant has very poor hygiene. I would recommend booking without the breakfast option.
Pros:

Great location. Rooms were clean and the property was well maintained. Front desk staff was also very nice and attentive.

Cons:

While the hotel its self was great we were very disappointed by restaurant that the breakfast was served at. Most concerning incident was finding a dead fly in an order of eggs Benedict. On top of that, multiple hairs were found in other dishes during our stay — a clear sign of poor hygiene in the kitchen. These hygiene concerns were never acknowledged or addressed by management, despite being brought to their attention.

Service was also consistently slow and disorganized. One morning, we waited over an hour for food, only to be told that the item we had ordered was not available that day.

Overall, this restaurant fell far short of expectations, both in terms of food quality and basic service. I hope the management addresses these issues quickly, as the experience left a lasting negative impression on our group.

Un loc perfect pentru relaxare
Pros:

Am rezervat o cameră dublă și am primit upgrade pentru un apartament. Îi mulțumim doamnei de la recepție pentru amabilitate și pentru ca ne a oferit toate detaliile de care am avut nevoie.
Restaurantul este vis a vis de hotel, cu o mâncare foarte bună și o priveliște superbă. De asemenea, există și o plajă a hotelului dar pentru care trebuie să plătești 60BGN/ 2pers (poate fi și consumație la bar/restaurant)
Centrul vechi este la aproximativ 10min de mers cu mașina , la fel și plaja centrala.
Ne-a plăcut foarte mult, cu siguranță vom reveni la acest hotel.

The breakfast was awful you had only 1 thing free from the whole menu, for that price i didn’t expect to pay extra for everything, if you order eggs and fruits for example, you will need to pay for either one or the other…
