Nothing every thing good we was like a family

The villas have some dust/sand falling from the ceiling as it’s an older property but they clean every day and as the four poster bed has a mosquito net it’s not much of a bother…they can give you a broom for this if you don’t want cleaning daily. It wasn’t an issue.

You need a scooter to get around but that’s the beauty of this accommodation. It’s far from the hustle and bustle of Ubud centre.

Mal olor. Limpieza muy mal. Lagartos y ranas en la habitación, incluso un gecko.
Me quedé sin desayuno por llegar ni 30min tarde.
Esperava mucho más por ese precio.

The management was unable/unwilling to take a hard line and actually do anything of consequence about the very large group (6 rooms?) Of late- night partying, loud Russians who were yelling and splashing in the pool well after 1am (we were told the pool closes at 10pm). This happened 3 out of the 4 nights we were there! We were given an apology and a WhatsApp number to contact if it happened again, but nobody did anything about it. No consequences for these people. It was very difficult to sleep for 3 nights in a row. They were so loud it felt like they were right in our room (beside). The management needs to do something more than just "ask" people. They should have been kicked out for refusing to comply with the Hotel policies. It was very unsatisfactory. It's a shame because we really liked the hotel.

Apparently the floor was never cleaned at all throughout the 3 nights I stayed, it has sands on it almost everywhere. Toiletries were not replenished until we requested. Towels were not replaced with fresh ones, hence we used the same towels for all 3 nights. The wooden walls in bedroom and bathroom had a weird smell at the first night we stayed, but thankfully the smell was gone since the 2nd night onwards.

There were no pillows on the sunbeds by the pool as seen in the photos so couldn’t even relax by the pool since it was so hard. When asking the staff, they just said they don’t have sorry. I made a plan by taking a different couch’s pillows from reception. Receptionist could have been more helpful

Далеко до кафе и примерно 15 минут до центра города, из-за того что дом деревянный, в стенах дырки и очень слышно что происходит на улице, в тишине спать точно не выйдет. Так же из-за дырок в стенах, проходит жара. Мы включали кондиционер на полную мощность, но днем все равно было жарковато. Мы жили 5 дней и не разу не видели что бы чистили бассейн
