Pros:

The location close to the center but still in the nature & the staff +++ (special mention to Widi 😍)

Cons:

Nothing …. You have to consider that it’s a wooden house, in the nature … So of course they’ll be insects & others small animals, but nothing armful 😁

Beautiful and quiet
Pros:

I had some great times here. Widi made my stay very comfortable. The place is quiet, close to Ubud Central and it's just beautiful. Breakfast is simple, but good. Some facilities could use some renewal, but I had no issues at all.

Staff is very friendly, views are amazing, breakfast packages are the best I've tried!! Very calm area. There are just a few restaurants around but it was fine for what we wanted. Beautiful surroundings.

Cons:

The only negative thing was really the wifi... first 3 days or so it was working really well, and then it started giving problems and every call we had had problems.

Lovely quiet area- remote and very clean
Pros:

The first room didn’t have air conditioning however moved straight away with no issues. Nice pool, step slightly dodgy, could do with cushions on the loungers. No lunch or dinner available but good choice for breakfast. Lovely and quiet place

An oasis just outside of Ubud!
Pros:

Was very quiet and the frogs at night were beautiful sounds to sleep to as well as the really well designed garden and pool area.

Breakfast included is such a bonus every morning.

We stayed 3 weeks and kept extending.

The actual villas were beautifully rustic with a four poster bed and mosquito net…although mosquitos were not an issue.

Air con was nice and cool and view from the top floor over the pool and surrounds was perfect.

Please feed the stray dogs and cats if you see them. They deserve love.

Staff are fantastic. Dewa is the best. A beautiful soul who made the stay amazing.

Price is great and villas and gardens have character!

Cons:

The villas have some dust/sand falling from the ceiling as it’s an older property but they clean every day and as the four poster bed has a mosquito net it’s not much of a bother…they can give you a broom for this if you don’t want cleaning daily. It wasn’t an issue.

You need a scooter to get around but that’s the beauty of this accommodation. It’s far from the hustle and bustle of Ubud centre.

Mal olor. Limpieza muy mal. Lagartos y ranas en la habitación, incluso un gecko.
Me quedé sin desayuno por llegar ni 30min tarde.
Esperava mucho más por ese precio.

Der Pool, die Terrasse, ganz tolle Ganz-Körpermassagen und Fussreflexzonen Massagen.
Essens-Terrasse.

Cons:

Die Auswahl des Frühstücks. Man hatte zehn Möglichkeiten und konnte nicht variieren.

Мы жили большой группой, всё устроило, мы не из нежных ребят, поэтому на всякие мелочи просто закрыли глаза, бесплатные завтраки, бассейн, уборка, всё будет на уровне если вы молоды и приехали путешествовать а не валяться на кровати 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

Management needs less "namaste" for loud, unruly guests!

Cons:

The management was unable/unwilling to take a hard line and actually do anything of consequence about the very large group (6 rooms?) Of late- night partying, loud Russians who were yelling and splashing in the pool well after 1am (we were told the pool closes at 10pm). This happened 3 out of the 4 nights we were there! We were given an apology and a WhatsApp number to contact if it happened again, but nobody did anything about it. No consequences for these people. It was very difficult to sleep for 3 nights in a row. They were so loud it felt like they were right in our room (beside). The management needs to do something more than just "ask" people. They should have been kicked out for refusing to comply with the Hotel policies. It was very unsatisfactory. It's a shame because we really liked the hotel.
