Отличный отель в двух минутах от пляжа. Пляж самый чистый и самый уютный из всех. Номера чистые, персонал приветливый, решают все вопросы. Рекомендуем.

Старания ресепшена не компенсируют шум, плохую уборку и неудобный номер.
Pros:

Работа ресепшена. Сотрудники вежливые, отзывчивые и действительно стараются улучшить впечатление гостей. После жалобы на качество завтрака оперативно отреагировали: организовали бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт и принесли тарелку фруктов в качестве извинений.

Хорошее расположение рядом с пляжем — пляж в пешей доступности, мелкий песок и удобный заход в море. Несмотря на мусор, видно, что территорию стараются убирать.

Также удобно, что до основных туристических мест можно добраться примерно за 10 минут на такси.

Cons:

Номер очень маленький, нет места для сушки вещей. Входная дверь скребёт по полу, номер в целом требует ремонта. Вид из окна фактически отсутствует — стена с искусственными растениями расположена примерно в 30 см, из-за чего в номер почти не попадает дневной свет.

На протяжении всего проживания по утрам с 7:30–8:00 был сильный шум от строительных работ (перфоратор), что мешало отдыху.

Уборка слабая: пол постоянно оставался грязным, уборку приходилось просить отдельно, однажды во время уборки вещи с кровати сбросили на пол.

Завтраки посредственные: были грязные, не мытые овощи, не хватало приборов, посуда очень маленькая стаканы и чашки как для дошколят, из-за неудачной планировки шведского стола постоянно возникала толкучка на завтраке.

Бассейн расположен на первом этаже рядом с ресепшеном и окружен окнами, купаться некомфортно и вода холодная.
У отеля нет собственных лежаков на пляже, местные — платные.

The Khem beach is just few minutes away. But is very crowded so I did not like it. Also the free shuttle bus to Sunset town is a great bonus.

Cons:

The breakfast was bad. Just make fried rice with vegetables or some fried noodles. Caffee was could every morning.

Pros:

Есть корпуса, которые расположены рядом со зданием, где идет ремонт - вероятно, там будет громко. Нам повезло и номер располагался в глубине отеля. Отличный номер, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, недалеко от пляжа, чисто в номере и тихо😊

Cons:

В номере есть окна, выходящие в стену и они открываются, но сквозняка нет, потому что не выходят на улицу. Вверху крыша над зданием. Если у кого-то боязнь замкнутых пространств - лучше попросить номер с окнами на улицу.
