Non mi é piaciuto il fatto che nonostante sulle condizioni di pagamento ci sia espressamente scritto che avrei dovuto pagare in struttura, c’è stato l’addebito sulla carta. Infatti al momento di pagare l’operatore di reception riferiva che era stato già pagato l’intero importo. Preciso che non era stato data nessuna autorizzazione al prelievo e che ci siamo presentati in tempo utile al check in, anzi era stata avvisata la struttura che saremmo arrivati in nottata e loro rispondevano che non c’era nessun problema.
