We stayed at Tre Oche a weekend in february 2018. We gota newly renovated room at the third floor with a balcony viewing the small town and the mountains. The hosts are originally from the Amalfi Coast, and "la signora" is creating stunned innovative dishes in the restaurant. Leo is all over from early morning, because the hotel is also a frequented local bar, Tabacchi and newspaper sale. People of all age wil gather in the bar to have their morning espresso, just to talk, to drink the obligatory "aperitivo" or to enjoy a football match in company.
Parking is available, the is a three minute walk from the hotel, and dogs are truly welcome..

In a stunning part of Italy's lake region we found this little gem of a hotel. Very fairly priced and the staff are really very helpful. We spent a lot of time exploring the quaint little villages and spent some time swimming in the beautiful water of the lake. This is somewhere I would definitely want to come back too and can highly recommend.

Had lunch here last week and food is excellent home cooked ,JUST LOVELY
will certainly return .
Didn't stay but certainly worth a visit to eat .
It is being extended so that a terrace can be added as it has no outside space this would be it's only draw back

Stayed here during a weekend trip to visit Lago di Ledro (a beautiful, smaller, less-touristy lake than Garda). Many hotels in the area were already fully booked or expensive, but this turned out to be perfect both budget and location-wise. The property is walking distance from the lake, while other nearby towns and lakes can easily be reached by car. The hotel is family-run and has a bed-and-breakfast feel about it. We paid €10 extra per person for a three-course dinner plus dessert in the hotel restaurant. The meal was very tasty and a good value for the money. Menu options change each night and the chef, who is the wife, uses fresh vegetables grown right in their garden. They are also very accommodating to special dietary requests if made in advance (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.). The room was simple yet comfortable for two people. A small parking lot is available for guests right behind the hotel but we noticed that it was often full (we were lucky enough to always find a space). The owners seemed to think it shouldn't be too difficult to find nearby street parking in the event that their lot was full. The small lobby area also serves as a bar/news agent where locals tended to hang out in the evening. We pulled up a few chairs to watch a soccer game in the company of the others and almost felt like we were part of the community. Looking forward to our next stay!
