It was good
Pros:

Mostly friendly staff and a good location

Cons:

The %15 percent service charge shouldn’t be automatically added on the final bill. As well as the bills of the bars and restaurants of the hotel.

There was some sort of a conference happening during my stay. I don’t think this type of hotel is made for this type of huge conferences as the lobby was completely consumed by them as well as the noise level was as if I was in a busy street market

The after hours … room service was all that was available… we would have liked to continue our night - in a lounge/bar - Saturday night! Room service was offered … it was just after midnight- but again it was a Saturday night- just find it strange a hotel in this location can’t cater for this… after hours bar for residents?

check-in and the fact they put £35 per night per room on the invoice without really saying it's discretionary. just ask them to take it off.
