A good a stay, but at the reception we were told they’ve upgraded our room, however for me it seemed to have been a down

The room, however the shower was one of the biggest showers I’ve ever been in. Very nice

Comfort, elegance, delicious food and helpful and attentive service.
Pros:

Great choice of breakfast options, beautifully displayed and replenished frequently. Efficient and friendly service.

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like but possibly offer a full fat greek yoghurt option rather than just low fat.

Die Lage ist einzige was ideal war.

Cons:

Personal war sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Es laufen viele Mitarbeiter herum aber keine İst organisiert. Wir haben unsere Gold Halskette im Hotel vergessen niemand hat sich gekümmert. Unsere letzt Mail ist immer noch unbeantwortet…

Pros:

Great location, checked in early and greeted well, friendly helpful staff, nice spa, nice breakfast but felt the cooked
options could have been cooked better, nice but compact room

Cons:

Lack of signs to find toilets, reception for the spa and just in general finding your way around. For an executive room we felt it was small with little wardrobe space. Coffee machine in room that overfilled small supplied cups leaving coffee dripping down the shelves and ending up on the floor. Executive lounge had just fairly basic food and drinks (I'm comparing it to the Langham which is top notch), charged £6.90 for a latte in the spa served in a small cup- the second day I took one with me from breakfast in a bigger take out cup and of the same quality, rooftop bar was closed- they said it was open the day we left, overpriced in general for what we received
