Emplacement idéal mais chambres décevantes.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal (Leicester square). Ambiance musicale en soirée.
Service aimable et efficace en salle et en chambre.

Cons:

Chambre étroite et trop petite pour le prix, sans rangement pratique et suffisant.
Personnel de réception pas assez efficace et à l’écoute (première chambre avec une vue affligeante (mur de l’immeuble en face), seconde proposée très / trop longtemps après notre arrivée et après seulement que nous nous soyons plaints).
Manque de tables et attente lors du petit déjeuner (sans grande originalité par ailleurs).
Prix globalement excessif en regard de la valeur de la prestation.

Will stay again
Pros:

Location, clean, nice breakfast, great room service, very quiet considering where it is

Cons:

Had to take a point off because the drain in the shower was partially blocked on arrival and face cloths weren't replaced on first day by housekeeping, but issues were rectified once staff were made aware. The only thing is I wish there was a dimmer light in the bedroom, because even the "dim" setting was a little too bright, but I realise this is down to personal preference.
