Did what we wanted but very unsettling fire alarm procedure
Pros:

Well placed to visit London

Cons:

Fire alarm disaster in middle of night no fire engine appeared staff totally disorganised very worrying as they wouldn’t know who was out of or in the building no communication at all very unsafe procedure as no procedure at all

For the price they charge, the location is not premium but it is very handy for tourists.
Pros:

The staffs were very nice and professional. The residence area was a nice touch.

Cons:

The room was a little tattered. Breakfast, the bacon was not freshly cooked.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located, with new rooms featuring stunning design. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts are delicious and wonderfully varied. The bar on the top floor is absolutely magnificent, serving exquisite cocktails. There are many different areas for guests to relax, and everything is simply perfect. Truly, this is one of the best places to stay!

Good Location in centre of London with fresh rooms and decor

Cons:

Awkward shower bath set up with hard to find light switches

Nice but eat somewhere else

Location is great very central.
