Sono una cliente abituale e ogni volta soggiornare al The Londone è un vero piacere. Adoro questo hotel: è bellissimo, curato e riesce sempre a rendere il soggiorno a Londra ancora più speciale. Per me, alloggiare qui è una delle cose più belle del viaggio stesso. È tutto davvero perfetto e non vedo l’ora di tornarci!

Sneaky £30 per night service charge.
Pros:

Brilliant location right in Leicester Square. The minute you step outside you are in the thick of what London has to offer. No outside noise in your room. We were upgraded to a corner suite and enjoyed fantastic views across London. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. Staff all friendly and professional. The concierge did a great job getting us a driver to take us to a function the other side of town.

Cons:

Beware the "optional" service charge. Unfortunately my husband didn't take it off the bill. We like to tip generously and object to this sneaky charge at checkout of £30 per night. The breakfast room is very tight for space. If you like to swim lengths be aware the swimming pool is only wide enough for one swimmer. You have to be very lucky to get a turn.

Cons:

I booked this hotel to finish off 30th birthday celebrations and was very excited to stay , when arriving at the hotel staff suggested that early check in could be available, as we were jet lagged I left the hotel and came back 4 hours later to check on the room, we were told that it would be 30 mins and to wait at the back and staff will give us the key- 1 hour went past no key. Where as everyone who checked in after got a room before us ( although we were waiting for a room with a bath) I went to the desk and expressed I was unhappy with the wait as we seen our cases go up and knew the room was ready. Staff informed us that they thought we were out (lack of communication/documentation)
- Expensive hotel for what it offers
- Free drinks/ snacks when checked in which nobody told us about (we could’ve made use of this while waiting)
- Felt staff/ hotel was more keen on impressing NFL supporters.
-Bath is extremely small for tall people
- I have had the privilege of staying in a few 5 star hotels in which this did not meet the standard of a 5 star hotel.
- Was not informed of the security deposit prior to arrival
- 12.5% added fee was deducted at the end of the stay due to mix up with wait times/ lack of efficiency from staff- I felt that this wasn’t an appropriate approach and a voucher/ other amenities, could’ve been added as the 12.5% was discretionary a box of chocolate was given at 10.30pm in which we were not in the room, had to recieve next day at check out.

Beautifully designed and appointed hotel with great staff close to theatreland, picadilly, soho etc.
Pros:

The room was wonderful--great contemporary design without feeling cold. Very clean and luxurious. I was given a welcome gift twice during my stay--a lovely touch. The gym/yoga room was amazing. Next level. The guest floor -where we could relax with papers and board games-was staffed by three friendly waiters, and was great to unwind in after a busy day. The staff were wonderfull -from the guys on the door to the restaurant waiters, to the cleaners! Loved the design and vibe of the hotel.

Cons:

The Japanese toilet didn't work. I asked for extra water bottles to be in my room every day and every day they forgot.

Cons:

The minibar charges were excessive. We had some service issues at the stage and Whitcomb's. Nothing awful but not the polish I expected from a venue of this calibre.

Pros:

Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Location is perfect and the hotel itself is truly outstanding. Its incredible!!! Pool, food and drinks fantastic. Rooftop bar is sensational too as are the staff in the rooftop bar.

Cons:

Nothing!!!! Tried hard to think of any negatives but there are none!

E, para conforto do hóspede com gás poderia estar disponível no quarto sem ser necessário pedir
