Lovely, but for the money....

Lovely experience from start to finish.

Cons:

In the room there was a couch and there was a couple of suspicious looking stains on it.
Drinks in the lounge are free to hotel guests but you need to stay in the lounge. I tried to get a couple of diet cokes to take back to my room as my partner was feeling unwell and had to pay £12 for 2!
We booked a couple of beds for the spa, when we went down for our booking, the receptionist had no log of our booking. We ended up being given some really uncomfortable chairs. Again, 2 cranberry juices - £12.

Beware the added service charges!
Pros:

Amazing location. Welcome drink on arrival. Friendly door staff. Comfortable beds. Japanese toilet.

Cons:

The extra added charges for service which are automatically added to your bill. If I pay for a 5 star hotel I expect the service to be 5 star without having to pay an additional charge for it. Same in the bar, a bottle of Whispering Angel wine which retails at £15.99 will set you back £70 here and then they add a 15% service charge onto your bill. You can remove the charges but shouldn’t have to. On this stay there was also a surprise added charity donation added to the bill. I was paying for 2 rooms but was not given the upgraded room in the booking the non paying person in the party was upgraded instead. We were told our rooms would be next to each other but they weren’t. The breakfast in the hotel wasn’t great. We had the cooked English breakfast and the ingredients seemed cheap and overcooked. The second morning we chose to eat elsewhere even though breakfast was included.

Merkezi bir konumda, her yere yürüme mesafesinde. İsterseniz metro istasyonuna da 2 dakika yakın.
Pros:

Otel çok şıktı. Personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Lobisi ve odaları çok güzeldi. Odadaki ses sistemi de çok iyiydi. Merkezi birçok yere 5-10 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi.

Cons:

Her şey çok iyiydi. Düşündüm ama bir eksik hatırlayamadım.
