The rooms were updated and comfortable .
Close to train station

Cons:

Arriving at night, the area was a little sketchy. Staff initially said we don’t have your room, need to talk with booking.com. They were going to give us two rooms in different buildings then all of a sudden we had the room we ordered after I said I was not happy?
Air conditioning did not work very well
Hotel was hard to find, sketchy area, & seemed divided up all over - across street, elevators of alleys

la posizione decisamente ottima per noi che abbiamo viaggiato a piedi. Davanti la stazione Centrale e alle fermate sia autobus che metro, la line 1 ti porta nei punti importanti di Napoli. Colazione abbondante, letto comodo

Cons:

Alcune migliorie nella sala colazione e la doccia era quasi impossibile farla dato che il getto dell'acqua era ostruito dal calcare e quella che usciva sparava in ogni direzione.

Not a pleasant stay for the price qe paid.

. Bad cleaning standards… Dirty floor… dark tiles hide the dirty but when you walk on your socks it gets very dirty…
. The address in the reservation is not the reception address… it’s a bit confusing at first
. Very old building and old small lift didn’t fist us all with a baby stroller.
. People smoking in the hall in front of the lift was disgusting… we were travelling with kids so that’s not something acceptable for us.

Cons:

L emplacement est très mauvais dans le quartier de la gare. Partie commune très sale avec un ascenseur digne des années 20. Le le petit déjeuner est indigne d un quatre étoiles. Le personnel est très antipathique notamment au petit déjeuner et à la réception les dimanches et lundi. odeur d’égout dans la chambre. Absence de ventilation correcte. Bref passez VRAIMENT votre chemin.

I would say that I can no longer trust Booking.com ratings. Unfortunately, the place we stayed at definitely did not match a rating of 8 or above. The reviews also seemed to show only positive feedback—I couldn’t find any comments about what other guests disliked. I am very disappointed and frustrated with Booking.com.
