Personale gentilissimo.
Vasta scelta di dolce e salato a colazione, tutto buonissimo.
Camera spaziosa e silenziosa con enorme smart tv, aria condizionata, cassaforte, minifrigo e bollitore.
Bagno piccolo ma pratico, accessoriato e veramente signorile.
Posizione molto strategica, vicinissimo alla stazione metro Garibaldi e alla stazione centrale, nei pressi di tantissimi bar, ristoranti, negozi etc..

Cons:

Essendo in un vecchio palazzo l'ascensore è un po' datato e se non si chiudono per bene le porte resta bloccato al piano. Nonostante i mille cartelli che ricordano di chiudere le porte, puntualmente qualche turista sbadato le scorda e tocca fare le scale a piedi. Non è colpa dell'hotel ma dei turisti rimbambiti.

Ok for one night transit once you had found it.
Pros:

Convenient for station but difficult to find- the name of the hotel was different to that on the booking

Frühstück war klein, aber wirklich fein
Direkte Lage beim Hauptbahnhof, historisches Viertel ist fußläufig erreichbar
Nette Mitarbeiter, die Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Wege dorthin wurden uns sofort erklärt
Aufgrund der Lage beim Hauptbahnhof ist die Eingangstür versperrt und wir von der Rezeption geöffnet
Gepäck konnte bis zum Abflug aufbewahrt werden

Cons:

Hotelschild ist ein anderes als der Name hier in Booking.com
4 Sterne sind es meiner Meinung nach nicht (Vergleich mit österreichischem 4 Sterne Standard)

La camera era pulita e la colazione abbastanza ricca. La posizione di fronte alla stazione era quello che cercavamo.

Cons:

L'hotel è composto da diversi blocchi situati in un vecchio palazzo dove ci sono anche Airbnb e abitazioni private. Le zone comuni erano sporche e trascurate. La camera era piccolissima senza lo spazio per mettere i bagagli. Avevamo chiesto un letto per la bimba e nonostante fosse stato confermato non è stato posizionato.

Os principais problemas observados são os seguintes:
-A região imediata do hotel transmite forte sensação de insegurança, com diversas pessoas permanecendo nas vias públicas sem atividade aparente, o que causa desconforto e preocupação aos hóspedes.
-A equipe do hotel não utiliza uniforme ou qualquer identificação clara, de modo que muitas vezes não é possível saber se estamos tratando com funcionários do estabelecimento ou com terceiros.
-O hotel funciona integrado a um complexo que reúne três estabelecimentos distintos e um edifício residencial. Na prática, pessoas ligadas à área residencial circulam livremente pelas áreas do hotel, comprometendo a sensação de controle de acesso e segurança.
-O quarto apresenta problemas de manutenção, incluindo ralo do boxe/chuveiro com escoamento deficiente e vazamento na pia.
-A porta/janela com acesso para a área externa do edifício não fecha adequadamente, podendo ser aberta pelo lado de fora. Além da evidente preocupação com a segurança, essa falha compromete significativamente o isolamento acústico e o descanso dos hóspedes.
-O estabelecimento opera com sistema tradicional de chaves, mas ao mesmo tempo possui um sistema de códigos nas portas, situação que gera dúvidas quanto aos protocolos efetivos de controle de acesso.
-O quarto não foi entregue em condições adequadas de limpeza, tendo sido encontrado objeto deixado pelo hóspede anterior (uma colher plástica no chão), o que demonstra falha na higienização e preparação da acomodação.

The rooms were updated and comfortable .
Close to train station

Cons:

Arriving at night, the area was a little sketchy. Staff initially said we don’t have your room, need to talk with booking.com. They were going to give us two rooms in different buildings then all of a sudden we had the room we ordered after I said I was not happy?
Air conditioning did not work very well
Hotel was hard to find, sketchy area, & seemed divided up all over - across street, elevators of alleys
