Le personnel n'est pas aimable du tout.
Le logement sentait une mauvaise odeur.
Le wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas.
La climatisation impossible de l'arrêter et de changer de température c'était un frigo dans la chambre.
Très mal isolé on a entendu le voisin de chambre faire du bruit jusqu'à 3h du matin.
La salle de bain n'a pas dû être nettoyée depuis des lustres c'était vraiment sale par terre je n ai même pas osé prendre une douche.
Enfin rien de bien, c'est le plus mauvais logement depuis que je vais à Bali surtout pour le prix. un conseil n'y allez pas vous serez déçu.
Et c'est très très très rare que je mette des mauvaises critiques,

Les gérants ne parlent pas du tout anglais. Une serviette pour deux. Loin de la plage.

Cleaning issue
I was in the same structure for 3 months....

After 2 weeks I was back in the same guest house that night I rescue a a dog from the street .... the following morning I took the dog to shelter

I was asking the madam why the apartment was dirty for 2 weeks
She replied: There was nobody for 2 weeks
" now I cannot clean because there was a dog inside I am Muslim and cannot clean where dogs stayed."
Fortunately I was in contact with the owner of the structure
She was very helpful

But This was a bad memories.

My room was very dirty
Stains on the bedding and mirrors
Mold in the ceiling and paint falling off the walls
Didn’t receive my breakfast on the first day which I later got a refund for which was aite
Room was not cleaned dailt which you’d expect at a hotel
Would like a refund tbh cause for 40 pounds this is bs

I gave them 200,000 for the second night and they would not give me my change from 177,200

Horrible place. Avoid.

The room was dirty, and bedsheets had stain on it. The bathroom was smelling so bad. And there are a lot of big lizards inside the room. We couldn’t sleep peacefully.

The place has good potential but was in reconstruction so there was some noise every day.. also proper sealing of windows and doors would be nice for sound and mosquito/spider/ lizards and smoke from outside isolation .. bathroom needs reconstruction it was very old compared to rest of the room

The price on booking.com was not the price they charged me when I arrived. The staff were very inconsiderate and made me pay double what I thought I was supposed to be paying. As for the room the mattress is very hard and the hotel is right next to a train track so it’s very loud all through the night when trains pass by. Would not recommend

The sheets felt and smelt damp, the aircon was super noisy, the toilet didn’t flush, room smelt of mould. I guess it’s cheap but iv stayed in cheap places and would probably never stay in this again
