Very nice stay as always
Excellent location, good choice for few nights business trip.
The hotel is fine, but the guests are noisy. There were issues with the hot water, I was burning, so they sent maintenance to my room. I got the same issue on the next day.
The personnel is very polite, they assist your needs, they care. The breakfast is great, lot of options, the personnel is fantastic.

The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed my attention to the hotel. I loved everything! I highly recommend Radisson Red for its cozy rooms, friendly staff especially Shirline so helpfuland and amazing asset to the company , serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!

I had a short 3 nights stay at the hotel. Fit for purpose. Not glamorous but not bad either.
Rude check in. Shower not working. Told it would be fixed. Wasn’t. Bugs and gheko in the room.
Hello, first of all, it took 10-15 min to get hot water to the shower or the faucet; i almost missed my appointment the first night. Besides wasting time, this is a huge waste of water which goes against any environment benefits the hotel is trying to achieve! The tiles in the shower were cracked and broken in several areas. The AC at the lowest setting could not combat the heat outside leaving me dripping in sweat. The lobby wreaks of cigarette smoke in the evenings; I guess overflow from the bar. The concierge/ front desk were not available most of the time and called back on occasions and on occasions had to call several time to get any assistance. The location is not convent to any dining, except for Jone's the grocer and the list goes on.
I hope that this helps and hopefully you can do something about it.

I booked a 1 bedroom apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. Apartment is advertised as suitable for 4 adults.
Checkin went smoothly but when i reached the room, there was only a double bed. Upon calling the reception i was i formed that i need to pay 100 AED per day for each extra bed that i need.
I told them the booking is for 4 humans and 4 beds should be included but they did not budge and forced me to pay extra for something which should have been included in the booking. And all this at 2:30 am with two kids. Stay away from these scammers, there are better local hotels and serviced apartments in the vicinity.
The property location is very quiet while there are still things to do. The staff especially was very polite and accommodating. Shalina at the front desk was a gem. The concierge staff was awry and helpful. I would stay here again.
