The spacious living room, hot water and kitchen facilities
No bathing soap, no bathroom slippers, TV not working and not able to connect to Internet
When inside your apartment you may actually enjoy some moments.
The location and general surroundings are horrible. Even just to get to an uber waiting at the front you are already exposed to a lot of insecurity.
The arrangements for electricity bill payment is totally a smoke screen and i doubt that owner is aware of what is going on. I stayed there for 6 nights was out for work daily from 8-17:30and was told I consumed over 25k CFA in electricity. There was no proof of any kind. I pay electricity bills in Cameroon Nd can assure you there is something not clear here.
The TV I had was only a loin alike (so not smart) yet they kept telling me a technician will come to look at it even as they knew. It was not until the 3rd day that the disclosed this. I guess they had hoped I would guve up.
They operated a language school on my floor /next door to my apartment and I you can imagine how loud it got and the constant movement and running around by loud students.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. The rooms were very comfortable (good Air Conditioning system) and spacious. The price was very good as compared to other hotels with similar provisions (Microwave, refrigerator etc.). Very powerful and Good Wi-Fi system. Good security.
The hotel had no restaurant, did not serve breakfast. I got breakfast from an external source. It would have been wonderful if the hotel served breakfast. The hotel's Lobby is just big enough to accommodate the receptionist ONLY. For a hotel with such qualities, not having a lobby siting area for hotel guests is not good. Sometimes, hotel guests do wish to spent time in the lobby rather than sit in their rooms all day. No gym.
It's well located, security guys are really helpful
- Service and assistance. Need to review the hospitality policy and train the staff to meet the requirements of the hotel industry.
- I had to buy data most of the time to do my work because of no internet connection
- I was overcharged on that stay. My wife tried to call my attention while paying but I was tired and just wanted to reach the room and sleep. When I noticed they tried to give me the reason that it was a mistake made from booking.com end, then I told them that, it's not my problem but their with booking.com. and that was my second stay at that location who was a mistake.
What I understood, it was all about making their revenue not about guest satisfaction
