Very basic budget hotel
Pros:

A budget hotel with basic amenities. It located just beside the central market and there is a coin laundry shop nearby.

Cons:

It located on the street that is not so clean and rats were found running around at night. The bedsheets, blanket and towels are old and with stains on them. Though it is non smoking room, it still smells cigarette. Not suitable for self drive guests as it is very hard to locate a carpark nearby.

Clean facilities by the water
Pros:

Wifi was strong. Location was good if you want to be in the main town area of Sandakan. Front desk was friendly. Recommended.

Agradable
Pros:

La cama es cómoda, el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, el baño muy grande comparado con todos los de Malasia y Borneo. Tuvimos fuente de agua potable y nos dejaron unos sobres de cafelito :l

Cons:

El lugar es peculiar, hay ratas y cucarachas por el barrio pesquero y el mercado local por las noches

Good price in good location
Pros:

Good location in Sandakan, close to restaurants and shops. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are decently sized, with good wifi. Affordable price.

Cons:

Can be noisy outside. Nothing major though.

Pros:

At tengah bandar.. easy access to the market sandakan.. The checkin situation also very smooth

Cons:

I know the hotel is cheaper, but doesnt mean the cleanliness not be priorities.. The aircond is so dirty, the dust i can even see with my bare eyes when lay down at the bed. The white bed sheet especially the pillowcase is yellowish already. The door knob also cant even lock from inside. im too lazy go to the receptionist to tell that matter coz its cheapest hotel, i totally got it, even the safety concern can be issue
