Very pleasant
Pros:

The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were fantastic, always kept clean, and we absolutely loved the view from the 13th floor.
Staying at Hotel Monterey was a highlight of our time in Japan, and a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. We will definitely be back—100%.

概ね快適でした！
Pros:

綺麗でした。大浴場もあって、セキュリティもちゃんとしててよかったです

Cons:

女性用の大浴場の脱衣場などに髪の毛が目立った。
外国観光客が、裸のまま椅子に座ってて、不衛生な感じがした。文化の違いかもですが、せめて下着をつけて座るよう促したら良いと思う。
