Excellent budget-ish hotel considering service and location
Pros:

Budget hotel definitely but excellent for the price. Great service, excellent location, very nice few of Bagrati from our top floor balcony. Many small problems but amazing for the price. Will stay again with pleasure as a layover hotel or short weekend family trip. Our family room on the 4th floor had an excellent view of Bagrati cathedral and the hills above the city. Very responsive in messages and open to offering additional services

Cons:

No tea kettle in the room, no cups or plates or coffee or tea. Some minor unpleasant details in the room but nothing that was a problem

Pros:

Отличное расположение, приветливый персонал. Мы приехали ночью, нас встретили и заселились, большое спасибо. По просьбе нам дали чайник и посуду. Удобные кровати, в ванной были одноразовые зубные щётки и гель для душа.

Cons:

Очень уставший номер. Плохая звукоизоляция. В душевой кабинке нет двери и вся вода была на полу. Простой однообразные завтрак.

Pros:

Расположение отеля в центре, рядом фонтан и красивый парк. Приветливый персонал.

Cons:

Не было отопления, в номере было холодно. Не было одноразовых тапок, пасты и шампуня. Были 2 зубные щетки, одна из них вскрыта.
На завтрак попалась пропавшая брынза 😢
В номере грязно, заляпанный палас в пятнах. Немного расстроились, когда заехали.

Simple, budget-friendly place in a fantastic location. Ideal for a big group.
Pros:

Great location! Everything we needed in Kutaisi was close by. The hotel is very simple, but it’s extremely good value for money. For our group of seven it worked perfectly because we could book two rooms and one of them had five proper beds. Breakfast was basic, but that matched the low price and our expectations.

Cons:

My only real concern was safety: the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows opened easily and didn’t seem to have child locks. With kids in the room, that felt risky.

Pros:

Расположение - три минуты ходьбы от колхидского фонтана. Администратор очень отзывчивый.
Балкон-терраса с видом на город - просто огонь.
Размер номера нормальный, не крошечный. Кровать удобная. Постельное белье хорошее. Кондиционер работает.

Cons:

Номера уже несколько подуставшие, но поэтому и цена проживания невысокая. Но все чисто.
Завтрак очень скромный. Но повторюсь, что и цена небольшая у гостиницы. Поэтому общее соотношение цены и качества - честное.
