Excellent emplacement dans le quartier de Sultanahmet, si on souhaite loger dans ce quartier très touristique. Fabuleux petit-déjeuner sur le toit du petit bâtiment. L'hôtel est simple et charmant, les chambres boisées sont sobres et de bon goût, spacieuses et confotables.

Very happy here. Staff are excellent, and I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Location of Sebnem is perfect. Within very easy walking distance of everything in Sultanhamet, and nice to be able to come back to the hotel to relax on the terrace overlooking the water. Staff are very helpful and go out of their way to help you with your travels, transportation, or whatever you need. Rooms are clean, comfortable and the hotel is a great find. I've been to Istanbul before, and if we go back, we'd definitely book Sebnem, great choice!

Cons:

Nothing. Great location, staff are super friendly and very willing to help you with your travels. You really can't go wrong staying here!!

Wonderful value for money stay
Pros:

The staff are the real gem of this hotel - Ali and Jacob gave us valuable information about the area and city, made sure we were comfortable at all times, and offered help with other services. The rooms are small and fairly basic, but very comfortable - the beds are very comfortable. There was some noise over the weekend, but seeing as the hotel is located so centrally it's to be expected. Fantastic view from the terrace.

Cons:

There were minor issues with facilities (bent pipes and broken seat in the bathroom) that could be easily repaired.

Die Lage ist top, wenn man ganz in der Nähe aller Sehenswürdigkeiten sein möchte (Hagya Sofia, Blaue Moschee usw.). Und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super!

Cons:

Wir hatten ein 4-Bett Zimmer als Familie und mit viel Gepäck ist es ziemlich eng. Aber für den Preis kann man sich echt nicht beklagen!

Amazing hosts, rooms and location

Jacob and Ali were fantastic hosts! From the first moment they were super friendly, kind and helpful. The rooms were also very charming, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, just a walking distance from the main sights and good restaurants. All our family had a lovely time where and we look forward to coming back!

The images online gave the impression of a clean, well-maintained, and inviting space—but what we encountered was quite different. The rooms looked outdated, the cleanliness was questionable, and several amenities were not as advertised. It felt misleading and left us disappointed. I hope future guests are shown more accurate visuals to set proper expectations.

Amazing stay with the best view and the friendliest staff
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located near all the main sightseeing spots — just a short walk from Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The rooftop view was absolutely stunning, especially during breakfast and while enjoying tea at sunset — truly unforgettable moments! Thank you so much Ali and Abdallah.

Pros:

It was roomy & clean in the room. I especially like the terrace with beautiful views of the Bosphorus. Was a great place to relax after a busy day out.

Cons:

Nothing, really. Stairs are steep but that’s normal in Türkiye.
