perfect stay in the old town
Pros:

Location, service, and cleanliness! This place is so underrated! The hotel should update its photos—the newly refurbished place is even better in person. It is perfectly located in the heart of the old town. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is very attentive and helpful.

comfortable,Qualified staff, aesthetic room and all design the location everything were relay nice.
Pros:

1. Fist of all this trip was my first time in Istanbul. The Sultanakhmed is popular and in some case overpriced region however choosing this hotel was the best decision because their price for the room facilities and breakfast is much more than I paid thank you guys for that.

2. second on my arrival day I lost my bag and Soner from reception really helped me to handle my issue. His all recommendings during my travel made my days nice. ask from him, he really knows atmospheric places


3. The staff can talk in English Russian fluently what is really comfortable.

4. Of course the most important part of travel get on time to an airport, but unfortunately we had an unpleasant situation with taxi driver and even here guys from hotel Selim and Emrah organized a new car in shortest time for nice price. we have saved our nervous.

5 I can not skip, owner made for me and for my friend gentle discounts. we are really thankful for that.

В отеле было очень комфортно, обязательно вернусь вновь!
Pros:

Очень чисто и уютно, всё новое. Отличное месторасположение: все достопримечательности в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Приветливый персонал.

Cons:

Выявила несколько минусов, но это совсем некритично: в ванной отсутствует крючок для полотенца; вода и чайник есть, но нет чашек; не было пульта от кондиционера.
Так как я останавливалась всего на сутки, всё вышеперечисленное не сильно меня беспокоило. Плюсов гораздо больше.

I spent about a week and a half in the hotel and I was glad to having had stayed here.
Pros:

The hotel felt comfortable and homely and the location was great. But to me the most remarkable was the staff. They were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful… and they’re very attentive. Shut out to Berkay for recommending and helping me booking transport and activities for my short trip to Cappadocia and Selim for nice conversation and helping with ease during my check out. Though, honestly, the other staffs were so helpful too and nice to talk with overall.

Cons:

I wish the time for the breakfast was somewhat longer than just until 10:30.
