Exceptionally Clean
Pros:

Good location off the street made for less than expected traffic noise. Exceptionally clean inside. Well maintained paint in the unit.

Cons:

The kitchen was poorly equipped... didn't cook in the unit. The pool was half empty for maintenance.

Departamento cómodo
Pros:

Todo fue impecable dentro del departamento. 2 baños con buenas duchas y el agua caliente perfecto. Tranquilo pero hubo un problema que alquilan a muchachos jóvenes que vienen a trabajar muy simpáticos pero cuando llegan de noche son muy ruidosos. Faltan cortinas tipo Black out para oscurecer la habitación. Queda a 15 minutos caminando del mar y del supermercado pero hay motos para 3 personas que te llevan a varios lados sin pagar casi nada.

Cons:

Tranquilidad de los inquilinos que estan permanentes alli. Y la falta de cortinas oscuras, pero son detalles ya que el departamento es excelente.

Excelente apartamento para COZUMEL
Pros:

Todo muy limpio y comodo, especialmente las camas y el bano super bien. Solamente el color del apartamento recomiendo pintar de blanco y gris claro y el podria ser mucho mas agradable la estancia. Todo nuevo, limpio y excelente.

Die Unterkunft war super um in Cozumel zu übernachten. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß super erreichbar gewesen. Die Wohnung war auch top ausgestattet.

A very pleasant, comfortable, and safe place to stay in a good location to explore Cozumel and enjoy the local amenities
Pros:

Spacious, nice grounds. Comfortable.

Cons:

Water is pumped. Pumps are very loud. Sometimes people shower or go to the toilet very early in the morning, or late at night and the noise will wake you.

Exquisitely peaceful and centrally located if you can walk
Pros:

The location is close to down town but not so close that you are caught in the tourist bustle of the cruise ships.

The rooms are super big and the grounds are VERY WELL taken care of.

The pictures do not do the serenity of the location any justice. There is an attendant on premise to assist with keys. There is no reception desk. It is a hidden oasis. I would love to come with friends and rent the entire place for 4 to 5 days. Amazing.

Cons:

No one met us at the gate/entrance. We happened upon someone who knew the place.
