Es war nicht enttäuschend, und keine Wiederholung wert.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut sehr Zentral und zu Fuß war alles schnell zu erreichen. Zum See benötigt es nur 5 Minuten.

Cons:

Das Preisleistungsverhältniss stimmt nicht überein. Ich hatte ein Zimmer direkt gegenüber vom Fahrstuhl mitten im Treppenhaus. Dadurch war selten Ruhe und ich habe alles mitbekommen.
Das Zimmer war mäßig für diesen Preis ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer war sauber aber viele Teile in der Dusche müssten ausgetauscht werden.
Das Personal war selten bis garnicht ansprechbar weil keiner da war. Die Telefonnummer die an der Tür hängt darunter war niemand zu erreichen. Zudem ich am Anfang eine falschen Schlüssel bekommen habe und es eine Stunde gedauert hat bis ich mein Zimmer hatte. Der Fitnissbereich ist schlecht ausgestattet um diesen so zu betiteln. ( Laufband, Crosstrainer und eine Rüdermaschiene)

Die Lage ist gut, modern eingerichtet, Zimmer schön groß

Cons:

Außentemperatur 14 grad und keine Heizung. Die Chefin ist im Urlaub, man weiß auch nicht weiter. Es machte eher den Eindruck, dass das nicht überraschend war. Die Innenausstattung war auch schwierig, zwei kleine Haken für die Handtücher, kein Zimmerservice und dann keine Heizung, schwierig zu trocknen. Auch im Zimmer 2 Haken an dem je ein Bügel hängt. Kein Schrank, kein Haken, nichts für länger. Ich war enttäuscht.

Pros:

Frühstück insgesamt gut,
Aufzug vorhanden,
Der Bau selbst ist modern,
Personal hilfsbereit,
Tiefgarage kostenlos vorhanden

Cons:

Frühstück könnte mehr warme Auswahl haben,
Die Möbel sind zum Teil sehr abgenutzt (evtl. Second Hand oder vor Renovierung),
Manche Zimmer klein/schlecht ausgelegt (wenig Platz zwischen Bett und Schreibtisch, also kein Ort zum Hinsetzen)
Preis-Leistung ist anderswo besser zu kriegen (Bspw. Haus Elisabeth, aber Parksituation dort etwas schwierig)
