Leider dieses Mal ein Reinfall!
Pros:

Lage, Parkmöglichkeiten

Cons:

Der Umgang mit Problemen und dass die Anmerkung zur Kenntnis genommen werden, aber zugleich wird sich heraus laviert.

Als Gast darf keine Party gefeiert werden, aber wenn die hoteleigene Party im Haus zahlende Hotelgäste bis 4 Uhr morgens stört und keine erreichbar gegeben ist, wird dies noch feindselig angemerkt.

Ich werde nicht nochmal buchen.

Für eine Übernachtung wegen der zentralen Lage ein Hotel mit guter Preis-Leistung durchaus geeignet.
Pros:

Sauberkeit der Zimmer einschließlich Bad.
Schnelle und unkomplizierte Reaktion auf zusätzliche Wünsche (ein notwendiger zweiter Stuhl wurde aber sofort bereitgestellt). Zimmergröße ist optimal.

Cons:

Für längere Aufenthalte ungeeignet weil ein fehlender
Schrank ein Leben aus dem Koffer erzwingt. Wir wählen dieses Hotel für kurze Zwischenstopps. Für zwei Personen nur ein Stuhl. Wenig Stellfläche im Bad

Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Die Gestaltung der Zimmer und Lage waren sehr schön

Cons:

Das Hotel, die dazugehörige Bar, Restaurant und Sauna sind nicht mit Personal besetzt. Online findet man die Informationen dazu auch nur nach einer tiefergehenden Recherche. Es steht zwar das man die Sauna mit Absprache mit dem Personal nutzen kann, aber außer morgens ist im Hotel kein Personal vor Ort das man fragen kann. So auch mit der Bar. Diese öffnet auch nur mit Absprache mit Personal. Alles in allem ist das auch okay. Mir hat einfach ein bisschen Transparenz in der Buchung gefehlt, das man auf das Personallose Check in im Vorfeld informiert wird und auch über die Bar und Sauna Situation sodass man seine Reise dementsprechend planen kann :)

We hebben het twee dagen koud gehad

De locatie en de goede qualiteit van het beddengoed en de handdoeken

Cons:

Kamer was stoffig en koud, het was 8°C buiten en de verwarming ging niet aan, ook na navraag de andere dag ging de verwarming niet aan. Ook andere gasten klaagden erover.
Het ontbijtbuffet werd niet aangevuld, om 9 uur moesten we restjes opeten en was er ook geen brood meer. Er was nauwelijks ruimte om kleding op te hangen, 1 kledinghanger per persoon en geen kast.

Das Hotel ist gleich in der Nähe vom Solewelt und Personal war ok, sonst alles anders Katastrophe pur.

Cons:

Das Hotel hatte keine Heizung, wir wurden darüber nicht informiert, was beim -6 Grad draußen nicht angenehm ist. Wir haben ein Heizkörper bekommen, aber trotzdem... von daher auch kein Spa Bereich stand zu Verfügung... kein Wasserkocher.z.B.im Zimmer... es stand in Hotelbeschreibung, dass das Hotel ein Bar hat, aber der war auch zu... echt eine Enttäuschung. Hygiene war auch sehr schlecht, Spinnennetzte in jeder möglichen Ecke...
