Exceptional hospitality from Lulu and spotless, cozy rooms made my stay feel exactly like home.
Pros:

Lulu is such a fun, bubbly, and welcoming host! She truly knows how to deliver exceptional customer service—she was incredibly helpful, patient, and handled all of my requests promptly. The rooms were spotless, had fresh linen and clean cozy blankets. I honestly felt right at home during my stay."

Pros:

I loved Sis Lulama who was our host. She is such a caring and lovely person who was always there for me and my patner everytime we needed her. She goes an extra mile to ensure that guest are comfortable.

Cons:

It was just too cold, a heater would've been appreciated but I loved tbe fact that they had a lot of blankets.

Pros:

I liked the way we were received by the guy with the name of Simon.He was welcoming and made us feel at home

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I was told to produce my ID as confirmation despite having shown them the confirmation booking pin as proof.They even took the photo of my ID which I found very unusual. There is also no reception area.

Please investigate and advise

Overall experience was good, I would stay there again.
Pros:

Spacious and clean room, Netflix and YT Premium on tv. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean utensils and kitchenware to use in kitchenette.

Cons:

Electricity was out upon arrival and it took a while to be ushered to my room.

For the price I think its worth staying there

I think a better question would be who did I like? I just had to formally thank Simon.( the most awesome property manager) For all his efforts & courtesies he extended to me, making my stay a very pleasant one.

My stay at 'Stay@Home Airport Lodge' has been great! When I do come back(which would only be because of your commitment and, service to the property & it's clientele) I know I will have a good time! Thanks Simon.

The place can be comfortable if the owner/supervisor go back to school for customer relationship /co
Pros:

The desire of staff to help when procedures set by property owner allow. Simon and Lulu are superb.
The staff have welcoming attitude thougj there is no arrangement to receive a guest at night. A sympathetic friend had to offer us a stay at night when we arrived.

Cons:

1. The lady who is the owner or supervisor has no sense of business relationship. She easily sold out my room because their VISA reader couldn't take in my VISA card. I requested them to allow me to get Rand following day ; she rudely refused yet I was to stay for another 8 more days.

2. The VISA reader in place is not a conventional one in a formal banking market. Equip payment system with a formal VISA reader not cheap failing toys.
