Horrible
Pros:

Horrible service,This is the worst poor service lodge i ever experienced.poor management and staff members.Worse because I was booked for 2 nights but after I slept a night they just told me I should vacate their place.Anyone who want to try this lodge it's for your own risc, especially if you will need to pay online before.it might happen that they take your money and just tell you we can't let you sleep without even refunding your money.I had a very bad experience and I am warning anyone who would like to go there.Save your money and go somewhere

Very affordable and amazing staff.
Pros:

The area is very safe therefore it put my mind at ease to relax. The staff are very on the ball and always available for any concerns or queries you might have.

Cons:

The lodge does not have access to a laundry facility was a bit of an issue for me.

The service and friendliness of the staff always willing to assist, as well as the view and the surrounding area, convenient close to malls and stores.

Cons:

The walls are thin and the doors took a bit of effort to close. Also the fact that the toilet did not have a door or some sort of separation from the bedroom in room 17

Good value for money.
Pros:

The personnel were very helpful and friendly. Everything shown in the pics was there. The wifi was very good.

Cons:

The facilities are a little old. Some touch ups here and there can help brighten the place up.

Good customer service, exceptional,very clean and its located in a very good place nearby the shopping centre.Staff member who helped has an exceptional customer service.Tgso is one of the best Lodge in Kempton poo park.U will always go there.Perfect.Keep good customer service

Cons:

This lodge has fridge and microwave which even high rated hotels around Kempton part doesn't.It offers an exceptional cleanliness and I'm a very good place
