Pros:

It was convenient for me as I needed a place to stay overnight before catching my connect flight. The place was closer t

The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean.

Cons:

The room didn’t have a rubbish bin which was a bit of an inconvenience. When we arrived, we struggled a bit to enter the property and the stuff member didn’t even pay attention to us until we had to hoot twice and shout through the window that I needed to check in.

My stay was not pleasant at all
Pros:

I didn't book for breakfast. The location is good no problem with it. The staff are friendly and welcoming

Cons:

The room is exposed in toilet no door or anything. The room next to mine were playing music loud as if they are alone. They were smoking outside in the balcony all the smell or vapour was coming to my room as if they are inside. The pin or password for wifi was not working

Location good and staff very helpful.
Pros:

The location was excellent for the students. Close to Trade Centre. Lulu and the rest of the staff was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make it comfortable for the two men.

Cons:

The men had to take extra blankets, it was very cold the one week.

Pros:

We liked the service from the staff, the lady who was helping us was very friendly and had great service.

Pros:

Horrible service,This is the worst poor service lodge i ever experienced.poor management and staff members.Worse because I was booked for 2 nights but after I slept a night they just told me I should vacate their place.Anyone who want to try this lodge it's for your own risc, especially if you will need to pay online before.it might happen that they take your money and just tell you we can't let you sleep without even refunding your money.I had a very bad experience and I am warning anyone who would like to go there.Save your money and go somewhere

Very affordable and amazing staff.
Pros:

The area is very safe therefore it put my mind at ease to relax. The staff are very on the ball and always available for any concerns or queries you might have.

Cons:

The lodge does not have access to a laundry facility was a bit of an issue for me.

The service and friendliness of the staff always willing to assist, as well as the view and the surrounding area, convenient close to malls and stores.

Cons:

The walls are thin and the doors took a bit of effort to close. Also the fact that the toilet did not have a door or some sort of separation from the bedroom in room 17

Good value for money.
Pros:

The personnel were very helpful and friendly. Everything shown in the pics was there. The wifi was very good.

Cons:

The facilities are a little old. Some touch ups here and there can help brighten the place up.
