This place is being run by fraudsters to lure people into booking the room by showing decorated photos. The place is filthy and filled with the smell of cigarettes.

Odalar çok pisdi ve dolap dan battaniye aldım içinden zeytin peynir çıktı. Tuvaletteki priz kapağı yok.1 ay temizlik yapılmamış gibi. Sakın gitmeyin hasta olursunuz

Gece yatıp sabah işlerine bakılabilecek şehir merkezinde bir otel. Yalnız eşyalarınızı vs unutmayın ücretini ben ödeyeceğim kargo ile gönderim yapın dememe rağmen maalesef yapamıyoruz cevabını verdiler telefonda.

1 gece kalacaz diye onaylamis bulundum. Kotu otel tanimimi güncellemem gerektigini öğrendim.rutubet ve sigara kokusu eşliginde eski ve bakimsiz otelmiş. Allah kimseyi muhtaç etmesi boyle bi otele

Not clean ,stuff weak ,area good

Room very dirty toilet leaking .un safe area .do not attempt to stay there .Avid to stay this place .we are checking and check out after seeing room .couldn’t get refund as well

The rooms are very spacious well conditioned with good flow of air. Lift is working well. English speaking receptionist was helpful. Taxi service is good. In close proximity to the center only 15 min walk. Plenty of food markets and viraety around. Good value.

Resepsiyondaki arkadaş hiç güleryüzlü degildi yardımcı olmuyolardı hiçbişeye tekrar tercih edecegim bir otel degil

Finger weg – absolute Katastrophe!!!
Wir hatten 11 Tage gebucht, aber nur 1 Nacht geschafft – und das mit Mühe. Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers der Schock: Es stinkt unerträglich, überall Schimmel, Schmutz, Staub und Haare – im Bad, auf dem WC, sogar im Bett. Bettdecken voller Flecken, ekelhaft!

Die Steckdosen hängen mit Kabeln aus der Wand – absolut gefährlich. Im Zimmer standen Aschenbecher mit alter Asche, leere Flaschen, alles verdreckt. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt!

Das sogenannte „Frühstücksbuffet“ ist ein schlechter Witz: zwei, drei unappetitliche Reste, mehr nicht – ekelhaft und definitiv nicht das, was man unter einem Buffet versteht.

Personal spricht kein Englisch, keinerlei Hilfe oder Verständnis. Dieses Hotel ist eine Katastrophe von Anfang bis Ende.

Fazit: Finger weg! Nie wieder – ich habe zum Glück Beweisfotos gemacht und es auch in der Türkei direkt dem Ordnungsamt gemeldet !
Ebenfalls Gesundheitsamt !

Fiyatına göre bir oteldi. Otele erken gitmemize rağmen boş odaları olduğu için sabah 11 de bize yardımcı olarak odaya aldılar. Oda güzeldi, klima güzel soğutuyordu fakat tuvalet rezaletti. Duş başlığından su akmıyor denecek kadar az akıyordu ve su 5-10 dk sonra ısınmaya başlıyordu. Klozet sağa sola yerinden oynuyordu. Ve duş için ayrılan köşe tabut kadar daracıktı. Genel olarak tuvalet çok eski ve bakımsızdı. Ama sıvı sabun, el sabunu be mini şampuanlar tamdı. Kahvaltı otelin fiyatına göre ideal şekildeydi. Sadece kullandıkları biberler konakladığım 4 günde de, hem menemende hem kızartmada zehir gibi acıydı. Ve çay çok kötüydü. Bunlar dışında temizlik yeterli değildi. 4 gece konaklamama rağmen odada temizlik, havlu, çöp vs değişimi yapılmadı. Otelde hamam böcekleri vardı ve masaların üstünü bile silmiyorlardı. Ama konumu merkeze yakınlığından dolayı iyiydi. Sadece uyumak için gidilebilecek bir otel.

We were only scheduled to stay one night so this may have influenced the room we had see pictures. Cleanliness was terrible stains on beddng and on bed surrounds. Safety was non-existant. Electrical sockets hanging loos from wall, frankly if we ad not arrived at 01:00 with only a single night stay we wiukd have refused the room. Allegedly the last room available. Felt so bad that we left without sampling breakfast, had that in a nesaby cafe. Dont think we could be persuaded to try again even if we were paid.

Break fast was not fresh abd when i booked i told them we were 5 people and there was only three beds .we had to adk for one more

This was filthy hotel ..everything was needing cleaned with disinfectant and jiff .floors were cleaned with dirty mops that after the smell was awful .i contacted hotels.com showed photos ect but they done nithing .i bought cleaning products and room sprays brushed wadhe floors boughy new bedding jiffed down all products of which took me 2 half hours no curtains on windows no shelf in wardrobe disgusting staff wete oblivious 2 thus but were very nice ???just nuts .it needs closed down for a total clean .you dont need much A clean bed and some where for clthes .the bin that was in bathroom had that much dirt on it was the most disgusting toilet filthy and sink
