Misleading Parking Information and Overpriced Rooms

The staff seemed unfamiliar with basic hotel information and were unable to provide clear answers regarding parking arrangements, including whether parking was complimentary. Although the hotel facilities listed free parking, guests are actually required to pay for parking through a mobile app, which was misleading.

In addition, the room rate was quite high considering the overall condition and quality of the room. The value provided did not match the price charged, making the stay less satisfactory than expected.

For travelers driving to the area, I would recommend considering a homestay in Kuala Kubu Baru instead. In my experience, it offers better value, more convenient parking, and a more comfortable overall stay.

The hotel is suitable for parents who send their children to upsi

Cons:

Very noisy after midnight cause of the dogs barking around. The price is a little bit pricey for a budget hotel maybe because its near to upsi. Its not suitabke for elderly because of the stairs.
