Locația a fost bună chiar aproape de magazine si nu departe de aeroport.

Caloriferul camerei 11 nu e aerisit cum trebuie si nu încălzește cum ar trebui..Eu si prietena mea am răcit ca au fost doua nopți foarte reci ..Plapuma patului a fost de proasta calitate si scotea din ea un puf foarte deranjant pentru cei cu asm ..

Cons:

ratings are strangly high in Luton hotels and restaurants. noisy road and bad sleep, hot in both rooms. pictures not representing the standard of the hotel, look much nicer then it really is. area does not feel very safe at night.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was great for getting to the train station.

Cons:

It was difficult to get in touch with staff for checkin, but once we found them they were very helpful.

Rude hotel staff, rough surroundings, uncomfortable in the summer
Pros:

The hotel is relatively close to Luton Airport, though required a taxi to get there.

Cons:

Luton high street is rough and disappointing. The staff were rude, and the facilities were bad. It was a hot day in Luton, and we had a fan, but the window opened onto an accessible rooftop, so we didn't feel safe leaving it open all the way. If we'd paid half what we paid it still would have been uncomfortable, but at least affordable. It was a total rip off for what we paid.
