Pros:

Viagem em grupo (família) e não poderia haver melhor escolha. Atendimento 5*, piscina exterior fria, interior quente na plantação de ananás, sala de brinquedos, excelente restaurante:) De todo o cuidado e atenção que tem para com os hóspedes.

The plunge pool in the green house was lovely as was the garden and rooms with an outdoor place to sit.

Cons:

A bit too far from Ponta Delgada if you haven’t got a rental car. But this also makes it peaceful and quiet.

pekná záhrada, štýlové zariadenie hotela, pohodlné a dobre izolované izby na prvom poschodí s balkónom a výhľadom na bazén, milý nápad s horúcim kúpeľom v ananásovom sklenníku

Cons:

zima v spoločných priestoroch, tmavšie izby na prízemí, málo toaletných potrieb ( len v tuhej forme, žiadne papuče napriek wellness zariadeniam), jedlo trochu predražené vzhľadom na množstvo a kvalitu

This was my second stay at this hotel, and the quality remained consistently high. The room was clean and comfortable, all the staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere made the stay very enjoyable. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to others

La habitación, el baño entre piñas, el desayuno y el edificio

Cons:

Quizás la ubicación es el único pequeño aspecto que podría ser mejor. Porque no queda cerca del centro a pié, pero hemos podido aparcar cada día dentro del hotel e igualmente hay que ir con el coche a todas partes en la isla.

Staff was extremely nice and room was clean. Mattress was very comfortable.

Cons:

The hotpool in the pineapple greenhouse is a great idea, but improvement is required to express the full potential (I.e. a bit more light around the pool)
