nettes Personal (sehr zuvorkommend), super Früshstücksbuffet, sehr nahe an einem Supermarkt um Wasser oder sonstiges zu holen, nahe am Zentrum (Ponta Delgada), rundum super Aufenthalt, wir würden wiederkommen :-)

The staff were amazing. Friendly, cared about our experience. If you are coming to Ponta Delgada, it’s a must stay!!
The only slight thing is the bed is a little hard for my taste but did not prevent great sleep. In fact the staff even changed out the pillows to make my stay even better.
What a special place . We loved it and were sad to leave !

O ambiente do hotel é igualmente muito tranquilo, proporcionando uma estadia relaxante e confortável.
O que realmente distingue este hotel são os pequenos grandes detalhes: por termos atividades cedo, prepararam-nos o pequeno-almoço antes da abertura oficial do restaurante, algo que demonstra um cuidado genuíno com os hóspedes.
No quarto nunca faltou atenção aos pormenores, como a garrafa de água sempre disponível, e ainda fomos surpreendidos com uma oferta especial à chegada para assinalar uma data importante para nós.
Gestos assim fazem toda a diferença e mostram um nível de serviço verdadeiramente acima da média.
Uma experiência memorável que recomendamos sem qualquer hesitação. Voltaremos com todo o gosto.
O único problema deste hotel, será a dificuldade em fazer reservas, se continuarem com este nível de excelência.
