Khanh handles everything very professionally. Last time he did great. Same as this time. I work at night in Vietnam which is morning in USA time. I sleep during the day time in Vietnam. I asked to not be disturbed and they made sure not to disturb me.
Nothing about the hotel apartment but Vinh Phuc city does not have good food for the exception of the American food and two other Vietnamese restaurants (Com Dai and Pho Thin). The rest of the food is kind of blan.
The price was great, washingmachine (although without soap for it) and electric furness + fridge is comfortable.
We've had a few times the warm water was out. The city is the only thing around to look in shops and stalls. For tourists this location could use more attractions perhaps
We booked three apartments for members of our family and three more were booked by friends. After a bit of initial confusion with which room type we thought we had booked compared with what we received iRest was very comfortable for us all.
We had no hot water the entire week. Actually it didn't matter much because the weather was so hot and the water wasn't terribly cold.
We like Khanh who is in charged of the front desk. Very polite and professional. The room is clean and nice.
The location is secluded. You will need to rent a motor-bike to get around. Motor-Bike is a bit old and consumes lots of gas. If I come back next time or if friends and family visit Vinh Phuc, it would be nicer to have a better motor-bike.
Cleaning crew is nice but a bit of pressuring on day of check-out at 11am instead of 12pm for both rooms.
I extended my stay from 7 days to 10 days. I think it's pretty obvious I enjoyed my stay. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay like induction cooker, rice cooker, and washing machine. The gym is more than adequate. I used it quite often when I was there. No complaints. :)
I stayed here for a week and I extended 3 more nights so it's not hard to guess I was happy with my stay. The apartment I rented has a nice living room and functional kitchen with microwave and induction cooker. The apartment came with rice cooker too. Both my wife and myself really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is still quite new (2 years old) and everything is in working order. There are plenty of food choices within walking distance. The area is quiet which is a big bonus for me as it is situated near a dead end road so no honking which Vietnam is so famous for. The staff (both the receptionist and the security) is also friendly and shared with us some useful tips around this area. My wife said booking this place was a great choice so enough said.
