Could of had a better fan in the room as it was very hot

The location was remote to many of the attractions
It was quite expensive compared to other hotels on our two weeks trip.

The bathroom is a bit small. Our room was on the ground floor near the entrance which we cannot open the curtains as we want some privacy as people can see us when they walk pass. No view from our room at all.

The breakfast was not great! My husband said ok but actually me and my kids said a bit disappointed it. Normally hotel is great and the breakfast is same level but there are very limited. But if I asked some else they tired to cook for us.

Far too pricey for its value and the staff was far too junior and inexperienced.

Stay away unless you are willing to pay a huge amount of money for the largest room in the hotel!!!
We payed quite a bit for a two night stay,no breakfast and a double room.
We had room 10.
Located at the top of the stairs on some stairs leading to two other small rooms with another door right against our room door making unlocking the heavy door and getting ourselves and luggage in difficult,the room more than tiny with no place to put luggage or hardly move,the door to our room also opened up to the main stairs and outside and with room being so small anyone outside this door could see you in room or in bed if anyone needed to go in or out of the room for any reason wich was not good for privacy.
It was terrible!!! It’s stank so bad!,cobwebs,dust/dirt,unhoovered floors unmopped bathroom floor,dog hairs under the bed,ripped bedding,filthy dirty room with mould on the bed,someone else’s long dark hairs and god knows what down the side of the bed,the bathroom was so tiny my husband who is of average height but of muscular stature could not fit in the shower at all let alone the bathroom!!
No remote control and there were a few attempts to locate and find the right one which was eventually rectified by apparently the supervisor who was scruffy and stank of strong cigarettes.
The duvet was dirty and smelly and the mattress was pure dark yellow/brown from filth and was mouldy.
We wanted to complain but when we went to the bar to do so we heard the staff (with the supposed supervisor) complaining about another couple having made a complaint about something and the staff (four of them) proceeded to slate the couple in English and Welsh, so after a very long whole days drive to get to hotel we didn’t want our two night stay to be ruined by vexed staff as well as having nowhere else to stay and the hotel seeming fully booked so we left it until the morning and we wish we hadn’t!!

Personalet virkede generelt til at være meget unge mennesker, som gjorde det som de skulle, men heller ikke mere.
Vores værelse virkede en smule tarveligt - der var det, der skulle være, men heller ikke mere.
Stedet lå ikke helt så isoleret og naturskønt som vi havde forventet - men det kan stedet jo ikke nødvendigvis gøre for.

Food and service at evening meal was below average.

We were only unhappy to find that, once the room had been cleaned, our damp towels that were left hanging had been folded and place back on the side like they would with new towels. Either that, or they were replaced with damp towels.
