Nice spacious rooms, amazing bathroom. quiet location. Friendly staff

Cons:

Toilet needed a bit attention. Wasn't cleaned properly after previous visitor. English breakfast was good size, however sausages could be better quality.

Great location, Gordon Ramsay needed!!

The room was very comfortable and clean with a lovely view

Cons:

The food! Was really expecting better given previous reviews I had read. Choice was limited and the meals felt they had been cooked and stored for weeks and reheated. Vegetables certainly didn't taste fresh and whatever you do don't order a Caesar salad. Lettuce limp and tired and as for the chicken, was overcooked bits scraped off legs!

Beautifully led out hotel . Staff went above and beyond especially when I had booked the wrong day, and realised on the day of the stay…. Nothing was a problem and they helped me straight away! Also gave us an upgrade :) thank you

Would recommend to literally anyone and everyone!!
Pros:

We stayed here as we needed somehwere pretty close to the zipworld, and honestly, UNREAL. One of the cosiest and beautiful place I have ever stayed at :)

Overall the staff were good we had a comfortable couple of nights.
Pros:

Lovely location for the slate mines but the area itself does not have much there. You’re best going to Betws Y coed for eating parking and hikes.

Cons:

Our room was facing the bins and rear car park.

Good rooms and set up. Very well maintained.
Pros:

Rooms are well maintained, clean and neat.

Cons:

We were served raw chicken wings at dinner and all I was told was we won’t be served another portion as they ran out and that we won’t get charged for it. The least one would expect is an apology and atleast offer to replace it with something else to make up for it.
