Good rooms and set up. Very well maintained.
Pros:

Rooms are well maintained, clean and neat.

Cons:

We were served raw chicken wings at dinner and all I was told was we won’t be served another portion as they ran out and that we won’t get charged for it. The least one would expect is an apology and atleast offer to replace it with something else to make up for it.

Every part our weekend stay was excellent..the staff couldn’t have done more for us …from start to finish we were made to feel soo special , and this was incredibly important for us for a number of reasons x

Pleasant stay
Pros:

It was ok although some guests had a dog and it was alittle loud.we were also upgraded which was a pleasant surprise.

Ideal Snowdonia base
Pros:

Great location for hiking, very pleasant staff. Nice, clean room. Dog friendly restaurant with well executed selection of classic 'pub grub ' options (steak pie, fish and chips, veggie chilli etc). Also excellent burrito cafe in the adjacent car park.

Cons:

Nothing to improve on - does what it says on the tin.

Arrived and greeted very nicely, room was lovely and breakfast was great

Very friendly staff and nice relaxed atmosphere

The rooms were too hot at night time which prevented my partner from sleeping very well
