Pros:

A really nice place, quiet part of town, easy to find, staff is awesome. The rooms are big and very beautiful.

La literie et la salle de bain. Un accès à la machine à café et à eau.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de frigidaire. Il n'y a pas de climatisation (trop chaud dans les chambres). La situation géographique est trop excentrée avec un environnement trop industriel. La note attribuée par Booking sur le site ne me paraît pas en adéquation avec les prestations de l'hôtel.102 € me paraît trop cher. Le prix juste me semble être de 80€.

Great hotel with a difference
Pros:

Great Hotel, positively different in some ways. Our 2 rooms were both laid out the same - practical and functional, well decorated and super clean.

No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms but 24/7 free use of the fabulous coffee machine in the breakfast area. The water dispenser providing free chilled water was a welcome addition. There is also access to a bar which as we understand can be used by guests as a self-service facility out of hours (note down what you've had, it's not free of charge but even so, we thought it added to the relaxed feel of the hotel).

Staff all were very friendly, helpful and accommodating - infact, everybody we dealt with in Stuttgart was attentive and welcoming.

Breakfast was great, too - not opulent but with a good variety of food to chose from, and everything was of high quality and very tasty. Try their Muesli (prepared as a Porridge from various grains including oats, bio yoghurt, chopped almonds, grated apple, a dash of cinnamon, some single cream and honey; topped with some blueberries - delicious!).

Car park felt safe despite the location which reminds of a business park setup. Surroundings of the hotel were tidy, as was the whole of Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen in our opinion.

Thanks for the memorable stay!

Sehr gutes Hotels etwas abseits vom Zentrum
Pros:

Modernes sauberes und ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit guten Betten; schönes Bad; gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Liegt etwas abseits, was aber kein Problem ist, wenn man ein Auto hat; wegen zwei Brückenschließungen etwas umständlich, um ins Stadtzentrum zu kommen
