Fair.
Pros:

In general the staff work hard to make your stay a pleasant one. They will clean your room well, but the corridor floor was not so clean. The pool is on the rooftop, so you don't want to use it during the day, as it is very hot. It is kept greatly clean and I wanted to use it though I didn't have the chance. There is a convenience store and a 24H supermarket nearby, so you can get things from there. There is no dish, cutlery, or pans so you cannot really cook in the kitchen. There is a pot and microwave. The fridge turns off when you leave room.

Cons:

The drainpipe of the shower is not very good. The speed of the drainage and the amount of the shower does not match. So the floor gets flooded which affects the toilet area. For the Japanese, it's unpleasant. Also, they give you only one room key card, and you need it to operate the elevator. When one person goes out, it's difficult to use the elevator, and if the card is taken, then the electricity stops in the room. I asked for a second key, but was denied.

Great location, wonderful views, and comfortable, spacious rooms
Pros:

I love the location of this hotel in Toul Kork, Phnom Penh. There are a great deal of food options, a grocery story and a movie theater nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful and the front desk staff speak English well. The room was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable (although for some the bed might be a bit more firm than they prefer, I was okay with it).

Cons:

Nothing to complain about--everything was great.

A great location with spacious, clean rooms: I will come here again.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, air conditioned and most (all?) have a magnificent city view. The front desk staff are helpful and available. I love the location with dining options within a brief walk, and it is well-situated for moving about Phnom Penh.

Cons:

I was surprised the housekeepers did not come daily, but in reality I didn't need it to come so frequently.
