The room I rented was just a picture online. When I arrived there they allocated me the most filthiest room ever. I hope I will be able to attach some pictures so you will understand exactly what I am talking about.

This hotel is a scam, do not let the cheap room price that you thought you got a bargain!

I experienced the same problem like many people who had booked and fully paid to the hotel but was denial check in. They couldn’t find my booking and told me to get elsewhere to stay, I felt so frustrated and helpless because I couldn’t get my refund or check in.

1-Window was broken 2-cold at night because no heat 3- mattresses where in very bad condition you as if you sleep on springs and they where very dirty
2- no service at all - no fridge . They gave us under ground room,
Light was flickering inside the room and they didn’t fix it even though I have asked
There was a lot of cockroaches inside the washroom and toilet
They didn’t supply washroom toilet papers or napkins

Even 0 stars would be too much for this hotel. Shabby chic without the chic.

Although breakfast was included in the price, it was not provided. The personnel laughed at my request.
The rooms are dirty and in a terrible state of (non) maintenance. The bathroom stinks.

Would not even go to this hotel to end my life Stunk of sewage, walls we damaged, live exposed wires and even tv remote was broken
Avoid like the plague I mean it this place seriously sucks and is not worth a visit unless your used to living like a tramp

Absolutely disgusting hotel, electrics are hanging off the walls, mould in the fridge and the water in the bathroom was hit and miss. The bedsheets had burn marks and tears. When I kindly spoke to the person at the desk regarding these things he asked me what I expected for 30 euros; well, a lot more to be honest! I could not stay in the hotel, especially with the smell so I booked another hotel which was cheaper and 100% better and actually provided towels, tissue and the essentials you'd expect. Did not even give a partial refund despite only staying there for 1 of the 9 nights!

Got there tried to book in they said I owed them more money but I showed them they already received payment so stayed that night got up went out come bk now there were 3 people waiting for me demanding £1000 more to stay I got belonging ready to go then they locked the door on me kept me hostage for an hour demanding money I had to get out someway as they started attacking me so I had to fight my way out of that hotel I got a black eye bruised ribs knee got cut and my back was bruised stole my chain around my neck tried to steal my mobile phone thank god I got out of there NO ONE should book this place

Worst hotel ive ever visited. The whole hotel is very horrible and very dirty.
The bed had dirt, the shower was broken, the rooms stinks, the walls was dirty and the carpet supoose to be red colour but it was so ditry it had turned black. Very awuful hotel!

Is the worst case hotel in Istanbul.....dont book a journey.....

Überhaupt nichts gefallen das kann kein hotel sein das ist nicht einmal eine unterkunft ich ferstehe nicht wie man das als ein hotel oder eine unterkunft für die leute anbietet das letzte dreck haare auf den betten bad waschbeckken blut flecken dunkle viele flecken eklig wir haben fün personen uns eine anderen hotel gesucht. Wir waren nur eine nacht in disem unterkunft wollten 5 tage aber 1 nacht hat uns gereicht

Ich habe eine Unterkunft gesucht und nicht in dieser dreckigen Hotel übernachtet.
Einfach schrecklich, schmutzig und dreckig.

The second worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life and I’ve stayed at thousands for business and vacation. I arrived at 7pm and had to wait over an hour for my room, as someone else was in there. They are exploiting customers with short time rentals, until customers who have a booking arrive and then kicking the others out. A number of disputes between staff and customers over this issue and other matters. The general cleanliness of this hotel is disgusting, see photos. The location of this hotel is questionable and as it was getting late the owner organised some take away food for me. He not only charged me double for the food but he additionally wanted 4€ for a small can of coke. He then asked for a tip. I had to make sure I was back by 7pm (sundown) each night for safety concerns. There were no towels or toiletries for 2 days. They kept saying all the towels were out being washed and would be back in a couple of hours. There was no servicing of the rooms on a daily basis and the breakfast was ordinary to say the least. I had to use my own coffee as they didn’t have any in the dining room. The hotel is noisy as the walls are paper thin. I was woken up at midnight when a delivery guy was banging on a door across the hall. The guy left as no one answered. An industrial machine of sorts wakes you up at 7 am every morning.The staff including the owner don’t seem to care and are full of excuses…they pretend not to understand english if things get too hard. I was glad to get out of this hotel and move into another one in a better safer area at a nominal additional cost.

Lo único bueno del alojamiento, la ubicación y la comodidad de las camas. Estaba muy cerca del centro de Estambul, a unos 10 minutos a pie.
Las habitaciones viejas y los baños eran decepcionantes. El aire acondicionado estaba roto y no nos daban soluciones para nada. El desayuno muy muy justo y el hotel tiene muchas mejoras que hacer. Cuando llegamos no tenían habitación para nosotras y tuvimos que dormir la primera noche 3 personas en una cama de matrimonio. El baño estaba que daba pena. La habitación que nos dieron al día siguiente con 3 camas individuales, tenía el baño parecido. Imposible ducharse sin chanclas y el retrete daba bastante asco. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Memeth intentaba solucionar las cosas pero era imposible, además no saben inglés. Muy mal gestionado todo.

아프리카인들이 많이 투숙하고 건물이 낡은 편이며 기본 용품들을 최소한으로 제공한다.
