Khách sạn không sạch. Sàn rất nhiều bụi. Trang thiết bị phòng vệ sinh không hợp lý. Có bàn trang điểm trong phòng nhưng không có gương. Phòng ở tầng áp mái đi lại rất bất tiện.
due to holiday, they stucked us on the basement with no a/c. We couldn’t open the door as it has Publlc access to the garden. the bathroom floor mat was filthy. No separate shower drain. I would never return here.
Staffs are very friendly and really helpful.
People in Dalat rarely speak English. Fortunately, hotel staffs really help us on everything we needed, especially booking a bus.
Location is a bit too far from the city center.
Since, our room is under the roof, limited height is quite not comfortable.
