Cons:

Camere e servizi obsolescenti, frigobar vuoto, palo sostegno doccia rotto, portine della doccia scassate, acqua non esce dal soffione....tutto molto datato.

Cons:

Stanza rumorosa (sia rumori strada sia rumori in corridoio), persiana che impediva il totale buio, mancanza di tenda oscurante, phon vetusto.

Pros:

Amplasarea in centrul orașului la 15 min de ambele gări. Mic dejun decent multe produse de patiserie. Pe partea de mic dejun sărat in fiecare zi doar oua fierte o brânză un prosciutto si o șuncă.

Cons:

Camere cu mici cu mobilier învechit. Priza la cap te loveai de ea. Baia cu un bazine de la wc defect ce a curs într-una timp de 3 zile. Perne incomode.

Camera con odore sgradevole e finestra che si apre su un balconcino con 3 motori di condizionatori, in spazio quasi chiuso. C erano un po di ragnatele in camera

Estadia confortável e muito bem servida, do check-in ao check-out
Pros:

Todos os funcionários são muito gentis, respeitosos e se preocupam com seu bem estar, todos conseguem se comunicar em Inglês (o que é ótimo para viajantes que não falam italiano, como foi o meu caso). Possui elevador e escadas. O café da manhã é muito agradável, bem como inclusivo para dietas restritivas (tenho intolerância a glúten e consegui comer bem todos os dias da estadia). Os quartos são aconchegantes, uma vista muito bonita do quarto que fiquei, aquecimento à óleo e com ar condicionado, ainda conta com frigobar e TV. A cama é muito agradável e confortável. Os quartos são limpos diariamente, com troca de toalhas e roupa de cama inclusas, dispõe de papel higiênico e sabonete/shampoo. O hotel é bem localizado, próximo de várias facilidades e muito seguro também (consegui retornar tarde da noite de estabelecimentos apenas andando até o hotel). É possível adquirir itens como água, vinho, biscoitos e salgadinhos etc, no próprio hotel. Tem desconto de 10% para hóspedes numa pizzaria próxima ao hotel. De modo geral, avaliação é muito boa, caso retorne à Prato-IT eu com certeza me hospedarei aqui novamente :)

Cons:

Não é informado no site nem pela recepção que há uma taxa ao final da estadia de imposto à cidade, mesmo após pagamento integral via site. Poderia ter ovos mexidos no café da manhã. Não tem condicionador no banheiro.

Ottimo Hotel al centro di Prato
Pros:

Struttura datata ma in ottime condizioni nel centro storico di Prato, molto confortevole e silenziosa la camera al terzo piano, ottimo Wi-Fi in tutta la struttura, appezzata la presenza di una Smart tv in camera, colazioni di tutti i tipi.

la posizione vicina alle mie necessità. La gentilezza del personale alla reception reperibile h 24 per il check in. le informazioni della città a portata di mano.

Cons:

i rumori notturni, e i servizi di base assenti nella camera. la camera collocata lungo un corridoio infinito... non disponeva nè di bollitore o vari nè di kit cortesia in bagno.

Ótimo custo-benefício.
Pros:

Excelente localização. Ótimo custo-benfício. Próximo da estação de trem. Foram todos muito receptivos e vale uma ida ao Restaurante do filho do proprietário, que fica praticamente ao lado do hotel.

Cons:

Não poderia esperar mais.
