В общем отель нормальный. Единственное очень далеко от центра и рядом инфраструктура слабая. Ещё момент при регистрации указывали 2 этаж, нам подтвердили, а по приезду поселили на 3 этаже. Как бы....и бассейн просто ледяной. Но персонал ребята молодцы. Кухня вкусная.

Pros:

I like room size, breakfast, indoor poor, and ATM was convenient.
The front desk was giving excellent service and help when needed.
Special thanks to Abduhofiz's daytime front desk manager. He speaks well English, well-informed, and profi.
I just don't like the condition of the bathroom.
But, they fix issues the right way.

Kind, pleasant.
Pros:

Hayot's staff is extremely friendly and helpful, easy to communicate with. Having a gym and also a pool made it even more pleasant. The outstanding feature I think could be advertised more to foreign tourists is the almost time capsule look without losing comfort - Hotel Uzbekistan is nice from the outside, Hayot has the interieur to display this part of the history of Uzbekistan without looking run down or losing comfort.

Cons:

a common problem in Tashkent I guess - smell of canalisation from the shower drains

Perfect place
Pros:

Fabulous place to stay. 3rd time I used the Hotel.
I booked a double room and was given a suite.
Constant hot water, good wifi, spotlessly claen.
Good location for restaurants and shops. Taxi to centre of city 2.00 euros

Cons:

Nothing, only issue Booking.com say includes breakfast. It does not.

Perfect place to stay
Pros:

My second time at the Hayot, this time they put me in a suite not the double room I had booked, extremely comfortable.
The reception staff were very helpful as before. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the air con worked very well and there was always hot water.
What more do you need.
A taxi to the centre of the city was 3 Euros.

Cons:

Nothing was wrong but note the dining room is closed, Booking .com says the hotel gives free breakfast. It does not. no problem you can get a breakfast close by at many different cafes.

The personal especially Sabina who is working in the reception is really really kind and nice. She is very helpful and very nice and kind girl. She booked taxi for me and she refused me to pay. She paid for my taxi from the hotel and back to hotel.

A great hotel worth every Euro
Pros:

Very large room spotlessly clean, large en suite bathroom, lots of hot water.
Fridge in room and Aircon that coped with plus 39 degrees.
Efficient staff ,good value airport pick up. The only downside was they do not have a lift, not a problem for me but it might have been for some people.

Cons:

The Hotel was great, on Booking.comit says including breakfast. The dining room is closed.
There was decoration work going on in the basement and the dining room when I stayed it caused no problems with noise or pain smells. Maybe when the decoration is complete the breakfast will be served again.

The hotel is a 3 euro taxi ride from the centre of Tashkent about 35 minutes away.
No big deal for me.
