Very poor service, rude receptionist, and a frustrating check-in experience that made the stay extremely unpleasant. تجر

Nothing significant. The location is acceptable, but the service experience completely ruined the stay.

للأسف لا يوجد شيء مميز، الموقع مقبول لكن تجربة الخدمة السيئة أفسدت الإقامة بالكامل

Cons:

The reception staff was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I clearly informed the hotel through Booking.com that my check-in time would be between 3–4 a.m.. When I arrived, the receptionist refused to allow check-in and insisted that I must pay for an additional full day even though the booking details already mentioned my arrival time.

This happened twice. When I tried to explain the situation and discuss it calmly, the receptionist simply said “Go away, no staying for you. Come back at 3 or 4 in the afternoon.” This was very shocking and disrespectful, especially after traveling and arriving very early in the morning.

I even asked for water and the receptionist told me to pay 5 SAR for it, showing no hospitality at all. When I asked for the manager’s contact number, he refused to provide it. The staff member appeared to be making personal decisions and ignoring Booking.com arrangements.

It seemed there were rooms available, but the staff wanted to charge extra money or increase the price. This behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect professional hotel service.



موظف الاستقبال كان غير مهني إطلاقاً وتعامل بطريقة غير محترمة. كنت قد أبلغت الفندق عبر Booking.com أن وقت وصولي سيكون بين الساعة 3 إلى 4 فجراً. عند وصولي رفض الموظف السماح لي بالدخول وطلب مني دفع ليلة إضافية كاملة رغم أن وقت الوصول مذكور في الحجز.

المشكلة تكررت مرتين، وعندما حاولت شرح الموضوع بهدوء قال لي الموظف حرفياً:
“اذهب ولا يوجد لك إقامة هنا، تعال الساعة 3 أو 4 عصراً.”

كان هذا التصرف صادم وغير محترم خاصة بعد رحلة سفر طويلة والوصول في وقت مبكر من الصباح.

حتى عندما طلبت ماء قال لي ادفع 5 ريالات، وهذا يدل على عدم وجود أي مستوى من الضيافة. وعندما طلبت رقم مدير الفندق رفض إعطائي الرقم.

يبدو أن الموظف كان يتخذ قرارات شخصية ويتجاهل تفاصيل الحجز عبر Booking.com، وربما يحاول فرض رسوم إضافية أو رفع السعر رغم توفر غرف.

هذا التصرف غير مقبول إطلاقاً ولا يعكس مستوى الخدمة المفترض في أي فندق

Poor customer service and a very frustrating check-in experience.

Cons:

The service was very disappointing. I arrived late at night around 3–4 a.m., and despite having a reservation, the staff refused to check me in and told me to come back the next day. This put me in a very uncomfortable situation where I almost had to sleep in my car. The staff were not helpful and did not show any effort to resolve the issue or assist me. This experience made the stay stressful and unpleasant.
