The onsen was an absolute highlight of our stay — a wonderful experience!
Our corner room on the top floor was perfect, offering beautiful views towards Mount Fuji in the distance. The breakfast restaurant also had lovely views, making the mornings even more enjoyable.
The location couldn't have been better — practically straight off the Shinkansen and into the hotel! Despite the railway tracks being directly below us, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet our room was. Train noise never bothered us at all.
Breakfast was superb, with an excellent selection and quality of food.
Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay in a fantastic location!
The only awkward feature was the bathroom washbasin being positioned right next to the room's entrance door. A rather strange and inconvenient design choice — we couldn't understand the logic behind it!

We loved the location - both for the view of Mount Fuji and for the convenience to the train station.
The breakfast buffet was very good with many options for all different preferences.
Friendly staff, good location and comfortable stay
Our room smelled a little musty at first but aired out after a while. The bathroom was not as nice as the rest of the hotel.
The beds were comfortable, location at Mishima station is very convenient and the spa on 14th floor is a massive bonus. They allow tattoos to be covered. The view of Mt Fuji from our window would have been perfect if the weather had been better. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay and were only sorry that we booked just one night. The hotel is located right next to the train station, which was extremely convenient, with restaurants and convenience stores just around the corner. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The onsen on the 13th floor is definitely a must-try. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

駅から近くて本当に便利です。予約していたセミダブルのお部屋が混み合っているとのことで、ツイン山側の部屋にアップグレードしてくださいました。あいにくの曇りで富士山は見えませんでしたが、窓が大きくてブラインドもおしゃれで、ライティングやティーカップ、ポットの設置など、室内は快適でした。14階に温泉があり、疲れが癒やされます。シャワーや更衣室などの設備もわかりやすく使いやすいのがポイントです。たまたまかもしれませんが、滞在したお部屋のトイレットペーパーが富士山折りに工夫されており、ほっこりしました。また、三島に行く機会にはぜひ泊まりたいと思います。
Hotel molt comfortable amb un esmorzar ampli i variat. L'habitació era d'un tamany correcte i la situació és molt bona, proper a l'estació i al centre de la ciutat.
