Mishima is an underrated spot in Japan and I can’t wait to go back.
Pros:

Absolutely stunning views of Fuji. Clean and tidy hotel. Nice big room and super comfy bed. Woke up early to go look at Fuji from the onsen floor while the sun came up and was stunning.

Zen stay overlooking Mt Fuji with soundproof windows
Pros:

Hotel was beautiful and serene. It was a 5 minute walk from the Shinkansen. Although it overlooked the train, you could not hear any of them! The bonus was having a view of Mt Fuji and it was beautiful. The room was roomy and loved that PJs (which you can purchase!) Bonus was the bathing room on the top floor and perfect way to wind down. There was one large hot tub and a sauna outside, and one large hot tub and a cold tub inside. I wish we used it during the day so we could see Mt Fuji, but it was just as wonderful at night. The beds were comfortable and room for twin size beds.

Good location.

Cons:

There was a hair in the towel and some stray hairpin by the sink. The hair in the towel was just disgusting. Even on the second day after they supposedly cleaned the room the hairpin was still there.

Incredible Fuji views and a perfect way to spread out a long train journey!
Pros:

Excellent location for nights stopover to spread out a long Shinkansen-trip. Easy accessible by using the south exit of the station - takes you to the hotel directly. Incredible views of Fuji from the top floor indoor/outdoor public baths! High Corner room with Fuji view also was a great way to see Fuji with a morning coffee before our onward journey. Excellent soundproofing so very little noise heard from the station - surely cannot be a better location for a hotel next to a major station!

Pros:

三島駅すぐで迷う必要がなく、駿豆線へはホテル内から直接入ることができた。
ホテルの部屋はとても清潔。
宿泊した日は曇りだったため富士山は見えなかったが、天気がよければ大浴場からもよい景色がみれたのではないかと思う。
