Pros:

清潔で静かで快適に過ごせました。飲食店もいくつか入っているので助かりました。朝食の干物が美味しかったです。

Cons:

富士山側の部屋では無かったことと、朝食時の席もパネルで区切られて景色が見えない席に通されてがっかりでした。ビジネス出張ではなく、一人旅なのでせめて景色見ながら食事したかったです。

Pros:

Breakfast was good and had nice variety including traditional Japanese options. Another highlight We had a wonderful view of Mt Fuji and one of our most magical moments was seeing the sun set behind the mountains with Mt Fuji next to it while soaking in the outdoor onsen on the top floor.

Cons:

there was nothing that stood out as disappointing.

Pros:

The onsen and sauna was so nice and beautiful on the rooftop, with views on Mt. Fuji. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This was by far our best hotel in our entire Japan trip. Thank you very much.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. Maybe it could be useful to get some information on what one can do in Mishima, as the skywalk that we went to was a bit dissapointing.

朝風呂おすすめ
Pros:

駅前の商業施設直結。大浴場からは富士山が綺麗に見えるので朝風呂がおすすめ。朝ごはんが美味しい。焼き魚美味しかった。

Cons:

商業施設からエスカレーターで上がったら入り口があることが分からなくて、遠回りしてしまった。案内をわかりやすくしてほしい。
駐車場が満車だった。もう少し台数が多いと助かる。

チェックインより早く到着しましたが、快く荷物を預かってくださり周辺のお散歩マップもいただき、散策を楽しめました。
朝食も富士山を眺めながらいただきました。
立地条件もよく、三島の旅を満喫することができました。

這次入住高樓層、面向富士山景的房間，非常滿意這次的住宿，窗外景色很美。早餐很豐富、多元。已經是我第二次入住了，一切都很好。交通也很方便，樓下就有公車站可以直接搭去河口湖。

Pros:

I only stayed here for 1 night. I was
impressed by the reception from the front
desk staff, particularly from Shun. She
spoke good English. She went out of her
way to sort out the parking ticket issue for
us. And when I had difficulty in operating
the washing machine, she showed up to
solve the problem for me.
The hotel is right next to the train station. I
had difficulty in finding the main entrance
where we could park our car to drop off
our luggage. The street that was right
outside the main entrance was for buses
only. I made a mistake to turn into the bus
only entrance. Later. I found out that the
hotel parking and entrance was further
down the road. There weren't many
parking. So do check in early, if you want a
parking spot.
The room was very comfortable and clean.
I used there laundry. From the TV, I could
see when the washing and drying was
done. Very convenient.
I like the outdoor onsen. Apparently during
the daytime, one could see Mount Fuji. But
I only had the chance to use it at night.
The city light was also nice and I could
see the Shinkansen arriving and departing
from the station
Breakfast buffet had a good spread of
Japanese and western food and drinks
I would stay here again .

Cons:

Very few parking. Main entrance for car was hard to find.
